一、 教学目标:
1.学生能听懂、理解这个简单的故事。能够读懂Maddy家庭情况的介绍,了解他们的职业,工作地点和兴趣爱好。
2.了解家人的工作、兴趣爱好,增强对家人的理解。
3.学生能就故事进行提问和回答。
4.能运用下列基本的句型结构:
like to do…
likes to do…
5.学生能分角色用自己的语言表演故事。
二、教学重、难点分析
重点:
1.复习本单元所学的单词、短语和句型。
2.通过阅读故事,巩固本单元所学过的单词。
3.学会使用以下短语:go for a walk,in the park,in a big house,have fun,in a reataurant,play with.
难点:
1. 一些及物动词在一般现在进行时中的正确使用。
2. 句型:like to do…
likes to do…
三、教学准备:多媒体课件。
四、教学方法:
多媒体教学法,讲授法,小组合作学习法。
五、教学步骤和建议
(一)Warming-up
1.师生问好:
T: Good morning class. It is 8 o’clock. Let’s begin our class.
S: Good morning teacher.
T: I hope you had fun doing things with your families. Families are great. Today we are going to read a story about a strange family that we met last semester.
2.PPT2
在PPT上出示一张全家福的卡通图片,然后出示句子:I love my family. 然后点击音频,师生共唱歌谣:
I love my family.
I love my father,my mother,my sister and my brother.
I love my family.
I love my daughter and my son.
Oh,I love you.
And I know you love me,too.
学生拿出自己的全家福照片,向同学介绍自己家人的年龄,职业,外貌以及他们喜欢做的事情,然后再找其它同学到黑板前向全班同学展示介绍的内容。
(设计思路:学生出示自己的全家福照片并用所学的内容进行介绍,这既复习了所学知识,又激发了学习兴趣。)
(二)Presentation
1.PPT3-PPT5认读本课的单词。
(1)PPT3
出示一张小孩子哭的图片,然后出示cry这个单词,解释它的汉语意思,再领学生认读这个单词。
(2)PPT4
教师出示PPT4,出求小猫的动态图片,从图上可以看出这几只小猫是坐着的,因此学生可以从此处猜到sit的意思是“坐”,再领读它的读音。
(3)PPT5
教师出示PPT5,出示几个小孩子一起读书的画面,然后出示单词:children,再出示它的汉语意思为:孩子们。并特别强调这是单词:child的单数形式。带领学生读这个单词。
(设计思路:教师通过图片来学习新单词,将抽象的单词变得具体,调动起学生学习的积极性,提高了学生的语言实践能力。)
2. PPT6-PPT7教授本课涉及到的难以理解的句子。
(1)PPT6
教师出示PPT6,出示句子:My family likes to have fun together. 并解释它的意思为:我的家人喜欢一起玩。讲解have fun为固定词组,意为“玩的高兴”,相当于have a good time,后常跟动名词,即:have fun doing 做某事很开心。
如:we had fun riding our bikes to the beach today.
(2)PPT7
教师出示PPT7,出示句子:Maddy’s cousins like to play with their father. 并解释它的意思为:Maddy的堂兄妹喜欢跟他们的爸爸玩耍。其中特别强调play with的意思是:玩耍。play with sb意思是和……玩耍。
(设计思路:通过讲解这几个句子,让学习复习了以前学习过的语法知识,并且对理解课文打下了良好的基础。)
3. PPT8-PPT16学习课文内容。
导入:Maddy’s family is different. But they live in a house like we do. They work,and they like to go for walks together. They like to play and have fun together. Let’s find out some more about this family. Let’s read a story about them. 让学生打开教科书翻到第12页,给他们几分钟时间看图片。
(设计思路:这样做是为了让学生在真正开始读故事之前,了解故事的一些内容。)
(1)出示PPT8,展示课文第一幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:
What does Maddy’s sister like to do?
学生回答后展示参考答案:She likes to sit and cry.
(2)出示PPT9,展示课文第二幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:

(5)出示PPT12,展示课文第五幅图片,让学生自读课文,向学生展示出Maddy’s的叔叔一家人的图片。
(6)出示PPT13,展示课文第六幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:
What do they like to do?
学生回答后展示参考答案:They like to go for a walk.
(7)出示PPT14,展示课文第七幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:
What do Maddy’s cousins like to do?
学生回答后展示参考答案:They like to play jump-on-uncle.
(8)出示PPT15,展示课文第八幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:
What do Maddy’s cousins like to do?
学生回答后展示参考答案:They like to play jump-on-uncle.
(9)出示PPT16,展示课文第九幅图片,让学生自读课文,然后出示问题:
What is the family doing now?
学生回答后展示参考答案:The family is watching a film.
4.出示本课视频。
教师出示PPT17,让学生跟读。
5.教师大声朗读故事,让学生再次跟读。读的时候可以停顿,问一些问题,确保学生理解故事的大部分内容。
(设计思路:通过练习,促进学生对文本的理解,同时也提高了学生的阅读能力和口语表达能力。)
