【教学内容】
Lesson 7 Just talk
【教学目标】
1、言语技能目标
Kate和妈妈—起到游乐园去玩儿，恰好遇到好朋友Zhou Pei，Kate和妈妈谈论Zhou Pei的有关情况。本部分主要学习如何描述人的外貌特征,培养学生善于发现别人优点的品质。
2、语言知识目标
①．能够正确地听、说、认读单词pretty 、 clever ；
②．能够正确地听、说、认读的句子：
Who's that girl? She is my new friend
What's her name? She is a pretty and clever .
③．在适当的情景中正确地听、说、读、写下面的句子：
What's her name? She is a pretty and clever .
3、情感态度目标
进一步提高对英语学习的热情，培养更加稳定的学习兴趣。能积极主动地参与课堂活动，在情景对话中大胆开口，主动模仿。
【教学重难点】 重点①．能够正确地听、说、认读单词pretty、 clever；
②．在适当的情景中正确地听、说、读、写下面的句子：
What's her name? She is pretty and clever .
难点是学生在听力中能够浏览找出关键词，抓听重点。 【教学准备】
教师准备多媒体课件、录音机、磁带、单词卡片。另外还要自制Kate，Zhou Pei和Mum的头饰。
【教学过程】
Step 1: Warm-up 热身活动
Free Talk.师生问候。
磁带 播放上节课Let’s chant 复习音素/c/
让学生跟着磁带齐唱，
Step 2: Presentation 新知呈现.
1） 展示本课的教学挂图，让学生观察。
2） 教师指着挂图，目的是让学生大概了解会话情景及会话的主要内容。
Look at the picture, Where is this?（教师指着整幅场景图）
And look at this girl.（指着Kate）
Who is this girl? Who is this woman? Do you know?
3）鼓励学生观察，猜测问题的答案，然后教师指着挂图：
This is in a theme park.
The girl is Kate and the woman is her mother.
what they are talking about? Can you guess？
4）教师开始播放会话录音，让学生带着问题边听边思考。
5）出示文本，学生通读大意。
6）提出问题：
Zhou Pei's hair long or short?
Are Zhou Pei's eyes big or small?
Is Zhou Pei pretty and clever ?
Listen to the tape and try to find the answer.
7）再次播放录音，让学生有目的地去听，听后回答问题。
8）教师核对答案，再次播放录音，学生—边听一边跟读。
9）之后学生自读课文,教师对难点单词及句子进行标注讲解，同桌互读。
教师可适当拓展词汇，已学过的词汇，如fat 、 thin 、tall、short .
Step 3: Practice 趣味操练.
1..Let’s vioce 让我们配音.
再次播放视频，将声音关闭，学生进行配音活动。
2..Situaitional dialogue,情景对话练习。
小组合作，一人饰Kate,一人饰Kate’ s mother ，分角色朗读对话内容。进行情景对话。
3游戏：开火车，操练句型。
Eg:
S1: This is Zhou Pei ，she has long hair , she is pretty .
S2: This is Kate ，she has big eyes , she is clever .
Step 4: Additional activities拓展活动。
让学生想象一个Monster （妖怪）的形象，然后画下来，向大家描述。教师可让学生分组到前面来交流谈论各自的Monster （妖怪），对于有创意的作品要给与鼓励。
比如：
The monster has three eyes, a big nose and teo small mouths .It has a long arms ,but it has no leg and no foot .
【作业布置】 1、把今天所学的课文读给家长听。
2、向朋友做自我介绍。
3、完成活动手册相关内容。
