（一）Warming-up
1.师生问好：
T: Good morning class. Welcome back to our English class.
S: Good morning teacher.
2.PPT2
在PPT上出示一张飞机起飞的动态图片，出示句子：I love to travel. 然后点击音频，师生共唱歌谣开始本节课：
A plane is fast.
A bus is slow.
Let’s take a plane.
That is how I want to go!
A plane is not cheap.
A train is just right!
We can take a train，
On our trip to Beijing!
T: Have you ever helped others? What happened? How do you feel? Today we’ll meet some bees. Let’s learn their story.
（设计思路：通过这首歌曲，点明本课仍旧是讲关于旅行的事情，把学生带入英语氛围中。再通过提问引入本课内容。）
（二）Presentation
1. PPT3-PPT6认读本课中难懂的单词。
（1）PPT3
出示一张小蜜蜂的图片，然后出示bee这个单词，解释它的汉语意思，再领学生认读这个单词。
（2）PPT4
出示一张蜂王的卡通图片，然后出示短语：a queen bee，解释它的意思为：蜂后。再让学生认读这个单词。
（3）PPT5
出示一张蜂蜜的图片，再出单词：honey，学生根据图片可以理解这个单词的意思为：蜂蜜，再领学生认读这个单词。
（4）PPT6
出示一张天空的图片，然后出示sky这个单词，解释它的意思为：天空。再领学生认读这个单词。
（设计思路：教师通过图片来学习新单词，将抽象的单词变得具体，调动起学生学习的积极性，提高了学生的语言实践能力。）
2. PPT7-PPT10学习本课难以理解的句子和句型。
（1）PPT7
教师出示PPT7，出示句子：She needs special honey to save her. 并解释它的意思为：她需要特殊的蜂蜜来医治她。（2）PPT8
教师出示PPT8，出示句子：He is very kind. 再解释它的意思为：他非常善良。
（3）PPT9
教师出示PPT9，出示句子：They need to bring the honey back before 2:00 in the afternoon. 再解释它的意思为：他们需要在下午两点之前拿回蜂蜜。
（4）PPT10
教师出示PPT10，出示句子：Or the queen will die. 解释它的意思为：否则女王将会死去，解释die的意思为：死亡。
（设计思路：这些句子难以理解，提前给学生讲解后，便于学生理解课文。）
3. PPT11-PPT17学习本课课文。
让学生把书翻到第48页，告诉学生这个故事讲述的是两只小蜜蜂为帮助患重病的蜂后找寻蜂蜜而进行的一次长途旅行的故事。
（1）出示PPT11，展示课文第一幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
What happened?
学生回答后展示参考答案：The queen bee is very sick.
（2）出示PPT12，展示课文第二幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
Is Billy Bee kind?
学生回答后展示参考答案：Yes.
然后教师进行补充：He wants to help the queen bee.
（3）出示PPT13，展示课文第三幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
When do they need to fly back?
学生回答后展示参考答案：Before 2:00 in the afternoon.
第二个问题：How far is it?
学生回答后教师展示参考答案：It is about 20 kilometres.
（4）出示PPT14，展示课文第四幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
How does Benny Bee feel?
学生回答后展示参考答案：He feels tired.
（5）出示PPT15，展示课文第五幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
How does Benny Bee feel?
学生回答后展示参考答案：He feels very cold and tired.
第二个问题：What does he want to do?
学生回答后展示参考答案：He wants to take a train. But no train.
（6）出示PPT16，展示课文第六幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
Do they arrive in Honey Flower City?
学生回答后展示参考答案：Yes，they do.
（7）出示PPT17，展示课文第七幅图片，让学生自读课文，然后出示问题：
Does the queen eat the special honey?
学生回答后展示参考答案：Yes，she eats the honey and feels better.
（设计思路：让学生自读课文，在理解课文内容的基础上回答问题。）
3.出示本课视频。
教师出示PPT18，让学生跟读。
5.出示PPT19，进行本部分的练习。
