二、教学目标
1、言语技能目标
给学生提供更多的运用语言的机会，主要是学习职业类的词汇：policeman , policewoman ,reporter，并通过询问某人职业的句型来熟练运用表示职业的单词。要求遵循词不离句的原则，在句子中灵活运用这些表达方式，巩固第5课时出现的核心表达方式，同时扩展词汇。
2、语言知识目标
①．“Three-skills” words： policeman , policewoman ,reporter
“Three-skills” sentence： What ’s her job ?
What ’s his job ?
②．在适当的情景中正确地听、说、读、写下面的单词和句子：
“Four-skills” words：：who ，uncle ，aunt ，police .
“Four-skills” sentence：：Who ’s he ? He ’s my uncle .
Who ’s she ? She ‘s my aunt .
③. chant部分的内容, 让学生感知、操练／h／音素。
3、情感态度目标
进一步提高对英语学习的热情，培养更加稳定的学习兴趣。能积极主动地参与课堂活动，在情景对话中大胆开口，主动模仿。
三、教学重难点
教学重点：掌握以下词汇：
policeman , policewoman , reporter.
教学难点：学生知道怎样在实际生活中运用今天所学句型。
Who ’s he/she ? He’s / She’s … ….
What ’s his /her job ? He’s / She’s … ….
四、教学准备
教师准备多媒体课件、录音机、磁带、单词卡片，另外师生还要准备一些职业的典型标志图片供学生活动使用。
五、教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up
1. Free Talk.师生问候。
教师通过和学生的交流复习Lesson 17 的内容。
T : ①What ’s Gao Wei’s uncle’s job ?
----He’s a policeman .
②What ’s Gao Wei’s aunt’s job ?
----- She ‘s a policewoman .
Step 2: Presentation and Practice.。
Just practice
(1)呈现情景, Here is an album .There’re many photos in it .
Look ! What do you want to know about it ?
(2)复现课文，巩固学习词汇policeman , policewoman .
（教师呈现17课的主题图）让学生看图提问题。
引导学生自主提问，Who ’s he/she ? What ’s his /her job ? 或What does his uncle do ?
----He ’s Gao Wei’s uncle . He’s a policeman .
(课件呈现句型He’s a policeman和四线格内书写policeman .)
T ：Yes , He’s a policeman . but how about his aunt ? What’s his aunt’s job ?
---- She ‘s a policewoman .
(课件呈现句型She ’s a policewoman .和四线格内书写policewoman。 )
（3）学习reporter 。
当翻到一张照片时，呈现的是reporter 这个职业。
教师给提示，学生猜职业。如下：
What ’s his job ? 通过教师的描述引出reporter 一词 。
(课件呈现句型He ’s a reporter .和四线格内书写reporter 。 )
(4)拓展学习其他职业，如消防员 fireman 、售货员 salesman 、邮递员 postman .
引导学生发现“以man 结尾的”职业类词汇的规律。

教师首先出示提前准备好的关于职业典型标志的图片。

小组合作，学生A随机抽取 。另外一学生B看图片提问 ：

1. 首先课件播放Let's chant 的动画，学生跟唱，初步感知字母h在单词中的发音／h／音素。
2. 然后出示文本，学生练习操练。
3. 最后让学生说说还有那些单词含有字母h，发音／h／音素。
