【教学过程】
Step1.热身活动
老师播放上节课学习的Chant，学生和老师一起吟唱韵律。
2.老师请学生上台讲一讲自己采访爸爸妈妈的结果，讲一讲爸爸妈妈的作息和一天的时间安排。
3.老师和学生对话：
T:What time is it ?
S: It's.....
T: What time do you go to school?
S: .....
T: What time do you have breakfast?
S:......
T:What time do you go to bed?
S:.......
T: What time do you learn English?
S:It's.......
T: Today we are going to learn a story about Allen.
Step2.教学新课
（一）Uncle Booky's story time
1.老师出示故事的插图，学生根据插图，猜猜每幅图发生了什么。
2.老师播放每一副插图的录音，学生听录音回答问题：
Is Allen late for school?
Is Allen late for dinner?
Is Allen late for the train?
Is Allen a good boy now?
学生打开课本，阅读每一副插图的内容，老师请学生说说每一副插图的内容。
放录音,让学生听录音,并且根据录音指出对应的插图。
再放一遍录音,每次播放一幅插图的内容,让学生重复。
让学生说一说他们认为故事的主人公怎样,应该学习他什么。
（二）Self-assessment
1.学生打开课本P25，学生根据时钟用英语写出时间。
2.老师和学生一起核对答案。
3.学生朗读这些时间，老师纠正错误的发音。
4.学生朗读课本第二个活动的小短文，请学生讲一讲短文的主要内容。
5.学生模仿课本的小短文，写一写自己一天的安排， 完成右边的句子补写题。
Step3.巩固拓展
1.自我反思：自我反思部分让学生回顾自己的学习,并展望将来的学习。
（1）让学生看本页下部的自我反思卡。学生四人一组,根据所列条目逐一
进行自我评价。所有的学生完成之后让他们相互交流评价的结果。
游戏：狼抓羊
老师请一名学生充当狼，那么其他学生是羊。狼背对羊站在前面，羊站在离狼三步远的地方。羊群询问：Wolf, wolf, what time is it? 狼回答：It's ...It's time for.....
然后羊和狼分别往前走一步，问一个问题，走一步。如果狼回答：It's ..... It's time for breakfast/lunch/dinner. 那么狼就回过头去抓羊，转住的小羊则退出游戏。最后剩下的羊群获胜。
