【教学目标】
1.能理解并朗读本课Listen and say中的对话。
2.能听懂并能完成听力练习,尝试归纳总结形状、颜色方面的句型和词汇。
3.能够理解Read and write中的小短文并朗读。
4.能根据要求完成Let's do中的任务并能描述人或物的特征。
5.看见同学和他人有困难时能够主动帮忙。
【教学重点】
理解并朗读对话。
【教学难点】
like和a few的含义,look for与find的区别。
【教学方法】
问题导学法。

教学课件、彩色笔。
【教学过程】
(一)Listen and Say
1.导入
(1)师生对话,谈论课后活动。(Talk about activities in the afternoon.出示PPT2)
T:What do you do after class in the afternoon? Do you have sports? What sports do you have? Where do you have sports? What's your favourite sport? (Elicit vocabulary: such as run, jump, play with friends …)
(2)小组内交流,说一说学校操场 (出示PPT3-4) 。
在“What's it like?”的旁边板书“I like running.” 引导学生关注like在句中的含义。
2.学习对话
(1)看图预测对话内容。引导学生关注图片信息,出示PPT5。
T:What are they talking about?
(2)听对话,引导学生回答问题,出示PPT6-7。
T:What is Sara looking for? What did Yangyang say? What did Sara say? 教读look for,并讲解与find的区别(出示ppt8)。
(3)再听对话,师生交流,理解细节,体验人物语言,出示PPT9-10。
T:What is Sara's water bottle like? Is Sara's water bottle big?
T:Are there many water bottles on the ground? No,there are a few. A few, you can count the bottles. There are not many.出示两幅图让学生描述:“There are a few apples. There are many apples.”帮助学生区别并理解many和a few,并教读a few。
出示两个瓶子的图片,帮助理解bigger,并复习表示颜色的形容词(出示PPT11-12)。
T:Which water bottle is bigger?
T:Would Sara use Yangyang’s water bottle? What did Yangyang say? What did Sara say?
T:Who will go to ask Lingling? 引导学生边理解文本边体会人物情感和语言,学习“Let me….”句型,出示PPT13。
(4)读对话,请学生判断下面的句子是否与对话内容相符,相符的在括号内写“T”,不符的写“F",出示PPT14。

(5)尝试个人朗读对话(Read by yourselves)。
给学生时间,让他们自己快速读对话,同桌之间互相帮助,进一步理解对话。
(6)听录音跟读模仿(Listen and repeat)。
再听录音,跟读模仿对话中人物的语音语调,强调注意停顿、语句重音和连读等。
(7)小组内分角色读(Read in role in groups)。
让学生在小组内分角色朗读对话,体会人物语言。
(8)小组展示(Group show)。
(二)Listen and decide
(1)看图,听录音,判断所听内容是否与图中的内容一致,出示PPT15。
引导学生观察听力练习中的4幅图,想一想如何用英语描述各幅图,然后听录音2—3遍,让学生根据听到的内容在图下的方框内画钩或叉。
(2)核对答案,引导学生总结归纳:How to describe things?
出示PPT16,描述形状的短语,如in the shape of, …in shape, …in colour, star-shaped, 以及相关的词汇。将相关的词汇及短语写在黑板上。
(3)拓展活动。Choose and say 给学生提供一些图片,让学生选择一个尝试运用上一环节总结出的语句进行描述,出示PPT17。
(4)拓展活动。找一找教室中的图形,进行说的练习。
T:Look,the door is in the shape of a rectangle.What other shape can you find?
(三)Read and write
1.完成读写练习
(1)学生自己读短文,填写所缺单词,出示PPT18。
(2)同桌之间互相订正答案,尝试朗读。
(3)师生问答交流答案,理解“There are a few water bottles on the ground,but they are small.”。A few还可以换成some,引导学生关注but的用法,出示PPT19。
(4)给学生时间读一读短文。
2.仿写练习
(1)请学生选择对话中的一个人物,仿照本部分写不少于5句话的语段。注意书写格式要求。
(2)如果有时间可以在课上交流一下学生所写语段。如果没时间可以让学生课下完成,然后小组内交换批改,选出本组最好的在下节课做交流。
(四) Let's do(出示PPT20)
教师课前准备一些常用动词或动词词组,如:run, swim, dance, jump, sing, look for, play football, play basketball等,将这些词或词组写在纸上。每组准备一份,放到信封里。
将学生分成若干组,每组一份活动材料。
(1)观看视频,了解活动程序。(教师可以让一组学生做示范,录成视频放给学生看。)
学生抽签,准备自己的动作,不要让其他同学看到,然后按照抽到的动词做动作,并问: “What am I doing?”其他人回答:“You are….”
(2)小组中的另一个同学向其他同学提问:“What did he do?”同学们以相应的过去式进行回答。此轮活动完成。接下来可由组内的其他同学去讲台上抽签。
(3)教师提供一段描述游戏活动的短文,让学生仿写。课堂上时间不够,可以留为作业,下节课交流。
