(1). (show the picture of Amy) T: This is Amy. She is a student.
(2) 边读边板书student进行教读单词。引导学生用student造句来操练。 eg: I’m a student. She is a student. He is a student.-----She & He
(3) 出示Amy and Zhangpeng 的图像，并向全班同学介绍：
T: We have two new friends. This is Amy. She is a student. And this is Zhangpeng. He is a student too.（并用学过的知识打招呼）
(4). 请一男一女两名学生到台前来配合表演对话。
T: Hello, Amy. This is Bob. He is a student. Bob, this is Amy, she is a student, too.
S1: Nice to meet you.
S2: Nice to meet you, too.
(5) 介绍student& pupil 的区别并认读pupil.
可用拆分法来教读这两个单词，如：stu-dent，pu-pil，请全班学生按座位顺序轮流拼写单词。

边板书边让学生领悟teacher的词义，并巩固读音
2.Say a chant:

3.教学单词he，she。
教师指着一个男生和一个女生说：He's a boy.He's a student. She's a girl. She's a student, too. He's a student from China. She's a student from China, too.
出示单词卡片并让学生跟读单词he和she.
4.操练he和she。
教师随意叫出男生和女生的名字，要求学生快速说出他们的性别或身份，并用This is…和He，s／She's a…对全班进行介绍。如：
T: Peter．
Sl：He，s a boy. He’s a student.（对着全班介绍）This is Peter. He's a student.
T: Amy.
S2：She's a girl．She's a student.（对着全班介绍）This is Amy. She's a student．
5.学生打开书，教师播放B．Let's learn的录音，学生逐句跟读。

练习
1.进行机械性训练，让学生充分掌握所学。
2.游戏：击鼓传花。
谁拿到花，必须用上英语单词he或she介绍自己的好朋友。
可用句型：This is …He/She’s a …

应用
介绍你身边的人活动方式：教师让一些学生到讲台前，戴上Mr Jones，Miss White，Mike，Sarah等人的头套，然后请一个同学用“This is…He's a…He's from…”来介绍台上的人给全班同学认识，介绍完毕，全班学生用“I'm from…，too.”来回应身边的人。
