一、教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
(1)能认读Look,read and think的单词。
(2)能运用句型I can/can’t… Can you … Yes,I can./No,I can’t.How to…进行交流。
(3)能用I like…best./My favorite art is…表达自己对艺术的喜好,并能大胆的展示自己的才艺。
2.语言技能目标:
(1)能用英语简单介绍有关的乐器。
(2)能说出自己和同学演奏的乐器名称及演奏方法。
(3)能分清常见的乐器,并能区分中西方乐器。
3.学习策略目标:
(1)能区别中西方乐器的不同演奏方式。
(2)通过小组合作交流,增长知识。
4.情感态度目标:
(1)懂得享受音乐,不同的艺术给自己带来不同的享受,能产生对某种乐器的兴趣。
(2)能激发对民族艺术的热爱。
5.文化意识目标:了解中国艺术和西方艺术的不同,了解中西方不同的文化意识。
二、单元内容分析
1.本单元重点:
(1)会认读单词,运用句型进行交流。
(2)学会用英语表达相关的乐器及其演奏方法。
2.本单元难点:
(1)单词的发音,尤其是Calligraphyh和instrument
(2)中西方乐器的区别。
三、教学过程
Step 1 Warm- up

(3)教师用PPT呈现其他的一些中国民族乐器图片,让学生了解一下.
3.播放西方乐器演奏视频. (1)Watch the video.
(2) 学生听完后,说说认识的西方乐器名称.
(3)T: How to play the… Can we (beat) the (drum)

(4)个别学生做出表演此乐器的动作。
(5)以此方法,呈现乐器,同时学习其演奏方式的动词。
(6)PPT展示其他一些西方乐器。

[设计意图:用视频和图片吸引学生兴趣,也更好地呈现乐器,让学生了解乐器,营造音乐氛围,学生轻松学习。]
Step 3 Consolidation
1. 与学生一起回顾乐器和演奏动作的词。
2. 给乐器分类,展示图片,口头说说。

3. 出示中西方乐器与动作的词,进行配对连线,然后填写课本第二部分的表格。
[设计意图:巩固和检查学生对乐器及中西方文化艺术的认识和理解。]

[设计意图:把视频和图片带进课堂,吸引学生的注意力,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生亲身感受这些文化艺术的魅力,从而增加对艺术的热爱。]
Step 3 Extension
1.快速出现图片读单词。
2. Group work: Make a survey
根据问题What’s your favorite art? 完成表格,在框里打钩。
3.Make a report.
