教学重点:
掌握学习目标中的句型Which season do you like best ? Summer. Why? Because I like summer vacation.,并能在真实的情景中运用。
难点:
对各个季节的特征及在不同季节进行的活动进行正确表述;
能理解because,vacation,以及词组good job的含义。
【新知预习】
1,特殊疑问词Why用以询问原因,翻译为“为什么”
2,because只能用来回答why的问句。
3,注意:Because是因为,so是所以,但是because和so不能用在同一个句子中。
4,三会单词vacation的发音。

T: You are so great. Who can tell me how many seasons are there in a year? What are they?
T: Then what’s the weather like in the four seasons?
Ss: It is rainy/ sunny/ warm/ hot…in summer/spring/ autumn/ winter.

本部分的核心内容是Which season do you like best ? Summer. Why? Because I like summer vacation.教材通过Miss White和Amy谈论一幅关于秋天的图画,展开就最喜欢季节的话题,在一问一答中不仅继续了A部分的内容,同时将话题延伸至原因这一层面,大大丰富了学生的语言话题库。
本单元的话题虽然是季节,但可以滚动复习四年级关于天气的内容,也会涉及动作或行为这一层面,因而,要想让学生更好地输出,可以渗透一些关于动作的词组。这一课时中会提前出现Let’s learn中的词组,但可降低要求,学生能读、会认、可以表达即可。
