内容分析:
1、主要内容
Unit2是Module Rules and suggestions的第二课时,这一单元分为Reading 和Writing两大板块。其中以前一模块为重点学习内容,讲述了作者在黄石公园也应遇到熊的经历,并告诉我们外出旅游应该遵循的规则和建议。
2、教材地位和作用
(1)在初二上学期的学习中,学生对情态动词就有一定的了解,通过本课时的学习,学生对初二学过的有关情态动词的用法进一步拓展延伸,由词到句子进行练习,同时为关于建议方面的写作扫清障碍,打下基础;
(2)通过本模块的学习可以为中国的旅游者提供一些建议,非常有意义:可以训练学生提出建议和注意事项,包括应该做的和不应该做的;可以训练学生正确使用情态动词---表示责任义务、允许、禁止等;还可以提高学生的文化素养和环保意识。
学情分析:
1、本模块是有关“规则和建议”这一主题的学习,涉及有对话、短文,并由此引出了词汇及情态动词的学习。内容的主题与日常生活联系紧密,而且,在初二的学习中,学生对情态动词已有一定的了解,所以,无论是内容还是语法,学生都不陌生,知识对于新的词汇和句型还不是很熟悉,对情态动词的用法了解还不够,需要老师有效的指导。
2、本节课的授课对象是初中九年级的学生。学生的水平差距很大,在学校分层次教学基础上,通过本节课的学习,让A层次的学生能对所学知识进行拓展延伸,B层次的学生能熟练运用词汇及语法,C层次的学生能基本达到教学目标的要求。
学习目标:

通过运用不同阅读策略阅读文章,正确理解文章大意,提取相关信息。
能利用情态动词说规则,提建议,并对文章进行总结复述。
