【教学流程】
Step 1: Warm up(热身运动)
Greetings: Hello! What’s your name? How old are you? When do you get up? How do you go to school? What’s your hobby?
Step 2: Presentation (新课呈现)
(一)Lead-in
1. 教师介绍自己的爱好:Guess! What’s my hobby?(PPT出示一张明信片)My hobby is collecting postcards.(板书:postcard)
2.(出示许多明信片)I have many postcards.(跟读postcards).They are so great!
(二)Dialogue
1.教师展示其中一张明信片:Look! What is the postcard about?引导学生说:It’s a picture of panda.
2.师介绍熊猫:It has small eyes and ears. It has a short tail. Can you tell me more about panda?引导学生说一说熊猫其他的特征,理解tell me more about …的意义。
3.呈现被遮挡住的明信片:Guess! What’s the postcard about? 引导学生说:It’s a picture of the Great Wall.(带读the Great Wall)Can you say something about the Great Wall?(师板书something,带读)
4.播放Listen and chant 部分的flash文件,学生边观看边跟读。
5.师:The Great Wall is long and old. How long is it ?出示图片:It’s more than twenty thousand kilometres long.引导理解more than twenty thousand kilometres long的意思。
6. 呈现被遮挡的明信片:Guess! What’s the postcard about? 引导学生说:It’s a picture of New York.

10.出示Daming的图片:Who’s the little boy?理解:Daming is visiting the US. He’s in New York with his cousin Simon.
11.师:What are they talking about? Read the dialogue and answer the questions.教师课件出示问题,学生带着问题读对话。
