教材分析:
本单元话题是谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的动物。教学重点是八个动物单词和句型I like…I don’t like…Do you like…?及其回答Yes, I do./No, I don’t. 关于农场动物的词汇已经在三年级下册第七单元中学过,教师可以采用以旧引新的方法,引出本单元的目标词汇。
教学中教师可以利用图片、简笔画、实物等教学用具,通过游戏、活动等形式引导学生学习并熟练掌握动物词汇,为谈论各自的喜好做准备,让学生在真实的情景中理解、学习并运用本课句型。教学中要引导学生观察I like…I don’t like…和Do you like…?等句子中名词的单复数形式,帮助学生正确理解和运用。
本单元共分为以下几个板块:
Story time 板块以一节自然课为场景:Mr Green在桌子上摆放了各种各样的动物玩具,引起了孩子们的极大兴趣,孩子们互相谈论起自己喜爱的动物,由此呈现了本单元的句型。
Fun time是句型操练板块。本板块是一个“画一画、说一说”的游戏,要求学生画出自己喜爱的动物,然后在全班展示,并运用本课所学的句型I like…Do you like…?等与同学进行问答。
Cartoon time是拓展性趣味阅读板块。本板块讲述的是Bobby和Sam在放学路上经过一家面包店,两人站在橱窗前看着各种各样的美味食物,垂涎欲滴。Bobby喜欢吃蛋糕,Sam说自己书包里就有一块。Bobby喜出望外,结果Sam从书包里掏出了一张蛋糕的图画,Bobby顿时无语。本板块再现了本单元的重点句型I like…Do you like…? Yes, I do.同时,也渗透了下一单元的新句型:I have…教师在教授时,只要求学生理解这个句子的含义,无需将该句作为本单元的教学重点。
Sound time是语音学习板块,呈现了字母g在单词中的发音,即/g/。
