When you read a passage describing a series of activities，try to make notes of：

When 知识点1so/s??/adv . 那么；这么eg：So how was your day？那么你今天怎么样？so通常置于所修饰的形容词、副词之前。
同义词为such。
eg：Don’t look so angry .

（1）so作副词，表示程度，意为“如此；这么；那么”。它可以与一个形容词一起修饰一个单数名词，这时a，an放在形容词之后，名词之前。但需要注意的是，such作“如此；这么；那么”讲时，其用法与so不同。
eg：She is so beautiful a girl .
她是如此漂亮的一个女孩。
She is such a beautiful girl .
她是如此漂亮的一个女孩。考向二魔法记忆(2)若形容词是many，much，little（少），few时，
只能用so修饰，不能用such修饰。
eg：The teacher wanted to know why so many
students had made such careless mistakes .
