本册教材是供七年级下学期使用的。全书共分14个模块,内含一个期中复习模块和一个期末复习模块。每模块分为两个单元,一般情况下,第一单元呈现本模块所要学习的语言内容,多以对话形式呈现;第二单元多以长篇文章形式呈现,难度有所上升。本模块安排在初一第二学期,其话题的选择十分符合教学和学习的实际。通过初中一个学期的学习,对于那些在学习和生活中缺乏计划的学生来说,本模块的学习能帮助他们逐步建立起良好的、有计划性的生活和学习习惯。而对于那些早已形成并一贯保持着良好的计划意识的学生来说,通过本模块的学习可以更加坚定他们的信心,在总结、分享自己的经验和教训的基础上更好的安排自己的生活、学习乃至人生。
本单元内容主要以对话的形式呈现,要求学生在掌握一些有关周末活动的动词短语的基础上,通过讨论周末的计划、安排,学习用“be going to”句型表达自己打算或计划要做的事情。由于本单元是本模块的第一单元,可以要求学生进行充足的输入准备,不必要求学生对“be going to”句型所有人称的使用都能熟练掌握。
课后反思
这节课是新授课,在设计这节课的时候我充分发挥每一个孩子的学习自觉性和主动性,让每一个孩子的能力得到发展和锻炼。首先我在课的开始以free talk创设语境,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,通过free talk不仅培养学生的听和说的能力,还能增强学生的预感,激发学生的积极参与,同时引出本单元话题,导入今天课程的学习。导入是教师引导学生进入课题的切入口和教学内容的联结点。因此我不是直接告诉学生今天要学习什么,而是通过教师和学生之间的free talk,创设语境,鼓励学生积极使用英语,不仅达到复习旧知的目的,同时又以角色扮演的方式,给学生介绍自己周末经常做什么和周末计划,引出学生对自己周末经常做的事情和周末计划的介绍,使学生对语言的感知理解更为深刻。游戏是儿童所喜爱的活动,为了避免机械的操练句型,我选择通过展示图片,让学生学习运用新单词 ,这样可以使他们在听说的重要环节上得到训练。
最后我将课文编成一个survey来帮助学生记忆,并且在黑板上展示出提示表格,同时我一边说survey一边运用丰富的态势语帮助学生理解所学的句型和重点短语,吸引学生的注意力,调动学生学习的积极性。在今后的课堂教学中,我还要注意到对学生的语言表达能力的培养。
