Period 1 教案
教材分析
? 本单元要求学生学会交流视觉上看到的动物以及颜色。本课是功能型的交际型的交际训练课。我借助“任务型”教学采用多样化的教学手段将听、说、玩、唱溶于一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望,使学生通过合作学习体验荣誉感和成就感从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力,形成初步用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。
学情分析
?二年级的小学生形象思维十分活跃,语言和行为活跃。相对一年级而言,这一阶段的学生自信心逐渐增强,初步出现竞争的意识,产生了集体荣誉感。利用学生的这些心理特点,在教学的过程中,我采用多样化的教学手段将听、说、玩、唱溶于一体,使学生通过合作学习体验荣誉感和成就感从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力,形成初步用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。

ⅠPre-task preparation
Ask the students to listen to the rhyme on page 3 of the Student’s Book. Encourage them to say the rhyme along with the recording.【来源:21·世纪·教育·网】

Show pictures of some fruit to the students one by one .Have them answer questions to review the colors they have learnt,21·世纪*教育网
e.g., T: What do you see?
S1: I see an apple.
T: What colour is it ?
S2: It ’red.


Hide some pictures of fruits. Just show two of the pictures, then use the key pattern What can you see?/What colour are they ? to ask students questions .Lead students use the key pattern I can see …/They’re … to answer .
e.g. ,T: What can you see?
Ss : I can see apples.
T: What colour are they?
Ss: They’re red.

Activity 1
Have the students look at the picture of a park and then encourage them to answer questions .21教育网

Ss: I see a bird.
T: What colour is it ?
Ss: It’s yellow.

Activity2

Show a white toy bear and two black toy bears .Ask them some questions .

T: (Hold up two black toy bears) What can you see? I can see two bears.

Activity1
Divide the class into groups of four. Ask them to play the game on page 5 of the Students’s Book . You may help them if they cannot identify some of the colours. 21·cn·jy·com

S1 : Aa ,Bb, Cc a cow
S2: What can you see?
S2: I can see a cow.
S1: What colour is it ?
S2: It’s brown and white .
More words to identify colors : pink ,purple, orange, golden, silver, grey, etc.

Activity 3
Divide the class into groups of four. Give a picture of a zoo to each group. Ask each student to stick some animals in it , and then make a short dialogue like this.
e.g.,
S1: What can you see?
S2: I can see two monkeys.
S1: What colour are they ?
S2: They ’re brown

设计意图:利用课本第5页的图片做一个幸运大转盘的游戏,使学生在游戏中以对话的形式操练What can you see?/I can see/What colour is it ?/It’s… …的句型,这项活动使学生不仅巩固了新课的知识目标,也帮助学生达到了情感及语言技能俩个维度中的相关目标的学习。同时通过丰富多彩的小游戏,迅速提高学生对英语的学习兴趣,并使这种浓厚的兴趣长久保持下去。
