“礼物;礼品”,相当于gift。
eg:I bought a birthday present for my daughter.
我给女儿买了一件生日礼物。考向三考向二present作形容词,表示“出席的”,作后置定语。
表示“目前的,现存的”时,作前置定语。
eg:Everybody present agreed to the plan.
出席的人都同意那个计划。
You can't use it in its present condition.
照它目前这种情形你是无法使用的。知识点3show sb.sth.意为“给某人看某物;
向某人展示某物”。考向一也可替换为show sth.to sb.。
eg:Let me show you my photos.
=Let me show my photos to you.
让我给你看看我的照片。 若直接宾语为指物的代词it或them时,只能用show it/them to sb.结构。考向二【易错点】eg:You bought a new computer. Show it to me.
