一、Warming up/Revision(热身/复习)
(1)齐唱歌曲“My father is a doctor.” 教师假装生病的样子进入教室,声音很低沉的向同学们问好, 假装咳嗽:“I am sorry , I am ill, I must to see a doctor. Let’s sing the song“My father is a doctor.” 播放歌曲“My father is a doctor.”师生齐唱。 (2)日常口语对话,复习职业单词。 T:What’s your father/mother A:He/She is a … B:He/She is a … T:Oh, your father is a doctor. 【设计意图】创设一个生病的情景,老师故意作出生病的样子,吸引学生。由老师生病作为切入点,并作为下面知识导入的线索,复习并演唱歌曲My father is a doctor,调动了学生的学习热情。
二、Presentation and practice(呈现/操练)

1、教授I feel sick. T:I must to see the doctor because I’m ill.(做不舒服的表情或者头疼或者咳嗽) I feel sick.(有意放慢语速或加重语气重复feel sick)引起学生注意。引导学生边说边做I feel sick. 2、教授What’s the matter?和 have a fever (1)根据动作猜短语意思 T:I feel sick. What’s the matter with me (可对What’s the matter with me 稍作解释)I have fever.(用手摸头或用湿毛巾捂在额头前) 并板书。 Guess! What’s the meaning A:……头疼 B:……发烧 教师领读What’s the matter?I have a fever. 学生跟读并作相应的动作。 (2)操练What’s the matter?和have a fever Practice in pairs 两人一组一问一答,练习What’s the matter?I have a fever.并作相应的动作。 3、教授have a headache、have a toothache (1)教师用手捂着头,引导学生提问“What’s the matter ” I have a headache.并板书领读该短语。 (2)教师拿出糖果盒问:“What’s in it ” Guess! 学生猜出后,教师说:“Yes ! Here are some sweets. I like eating sweets. So I often have a toothache.”做“牙痛”状 ,板书have a toothache 并领读。 (3)提醒学生注意headache 和toothache 两个单词之间的共同指出,帮学生简单了解构词法。2·1·c·n·j·y
4、教授have a sore throat. 教师出示刚才所学过的单词卡片,请学生认读。趁学生不注意时再加上一张,让他们猜加上的是哪一张卡片,教学短语have a sore throat。Throat的发音比较难,分解拼读该词,让学生听清发音,并注意字母组合 th 的发音。 【来源:21·世纪·教育·网】
5、教授hurt 教师伸出事先贴好膏药的胳膊,引导学生问:“What’s the matter?” T:My arm hurts. 板书并范读。 并指着书上的图画His leg hurts. Her ear hurts. My nose hurts. 21·世纪*教育网
6、教授have a cold 教师利用肢体语言:“I feel sick. I have a fever. I have a headache. I have a sore throat. My nose hurts. What’s the matter with me Guess! 根据回答引出:have a cold。 板书短语并领读。
7、播放A 部分Let’s learn 录音,学生跟读。并拼读、凭空书写四会单词及短语。 Let’s chant 播放Let’s chant的录音,重点领读句子:I have a headache. I have the flu. 学生一起跟读并表演。 Let’s play “看病”游戏。 将学生分成六大组,每组选一张短语卡片。教师戴上医生的帽子提问:Cold, cold, who has a cold 如第一组选中的是have a cold,这组学生就边做动作或表情边吟唱:Cold, cold, I have a cold.用同样的方法进行操练,各组调换卡片继续该活动。
三、Consolidation and extension(巩固与拓展)
