1教学目标
a.语言知识目标:
学生能够听说,并正确认读和书写sun, earth, lake, mountain, moon, star六个单词。能够运用 “ There is …”的句型来描述山川河流等自然景观。21cnjy.com

学生能够运用本课重点单词和句型描述山川河流等自然景观,从而培养学生专心听英语,大胆说英语,认真读英语,开心演英语的能力。

2学情分析
六年级的学生已经学习了三年的英语,有一定的基础,但是没有低年级学生那么活泼好动,因此我们要设计一些提高学生志趣的活动,而且六年级的学生两极分化严重,我们要因材施教,设计不同的任务。
3重点难点
教学重点
能够掌握本课词汇sun, earth, lake, mountain, moon, star ,能够运用 “ There is …”的句型来描述山川河流等自然景观。2·1·c·n·j·y

2. 注意sun, earth, moon 前面要用the。

活动1【导入】Step1 Warm－up
1.Greetings????????????????????????????
2. Sing a song “ How’s the weather?”
3. Let’s chant.
What can you see?
Rain? rain? there is? the rain.
What can you see?
Cloud? cloud? there is the cloud.
What? can you see?
Wind? wind there is the wind.
What can you see?
Snow? snow there is the snow.
(教师和学生一起伴着音乐吟唱儿歌,吟唱儿歌不但可以活跃气氛,激发兴趣,复习旧知,将句型“There is …? ”巧妙地呈现给学生,为后面运用“There is …? ”这个句型搭好了桥,铺好了路。21世纪教育网版权所有

活动2【导入】Step 2 Presentation
T creates a story.
(It’s a fine day.? The sun is shining! Rex and Max will have a trip. They are singing and dancing on the road. First they get to the lake, Wow, the lake is beautiful. There is some fish in the lake. They want to go fishing. In the afternoon. They want to climb the mountains.? Up the mountain, they jump and run, cook dinner. Max says to Rex: “we should take the rubbish away. We have only one earth, we should protect it.” How time flies! The moon is coming. There are so many stars twinkling in the sky. Wow ! How tired! We should go home.)【来源：21·世纪·教育·网】
欣赏完故事后引导学生用“There is …? ”这个句型进行汇报。通过创编故事让学生对所学词汇进行整体感知。21·世纪*教育网
在呈现完所有词汇后,再分别学习。通过以旧带新的方式学习新词star, sun,moon, lake 并让学生听音跟读,最后将单词板书在黑板上的四线三格上。www-2-1-cnjy-com
每学完一个新词后就引导学生用“There is …? ”句型进行回答。
在学习moutain 时引用了一首耳熟能详的歌曲(让学生跟着唱,在唱中学,学生兴趣盎然。)
最后学习earth时,因为earth中th的发音是本课时的难点。为了突破这个难点,通过练习think, thank, ninth, mouth等词汇举一反三帮助学生识记th的发音。21教育网
活动3【讲授】Step 3 Practice
活动一:Bomb game.(通过此游戏可以吸引学生的眼球,激发他们学习英语的兴趣)
活动二:The turntable game,首先让学生用“There is …? ”这个句型进行猜测。Maybe there is the sun, maybe there is the moon,最后转动转盘揭晓答案。这样既能将词汇合理的运用于句型中,又能满足学生的好奇心,之后再次转动转盘让学生抢答,培养了学生的竞争意识。
活动三:Look at the pictures and fill in the blanks. 再次让学生巩固所有词汇,回顾故事也为后面的拓展练习埋下伏笔。2-1-c-n-j-y
活动四:Group work
在这个环节中教师为每个小组准备一张不同的山河图片,在小组长的带领下进行问答练习。(组员在回答时通过滚雪球的方式进行意义操练,最后汇报展示,根据学生的表现进行评价,在这个环节中既培养了学生小组团结合作的能力,又增强了学生的竞争意识。)
活动4【练习】Step 4 Extended practice
Make up a new story.
1.直接阅读老师创编的故事。
2. 用所学词汇创编一个新的故事。
学生可以根据自己的水平进行选择,最后再分组展示汇报。
( 此环节意在培养学生的想象能力、动手能力,训练学生的思维,同时也能提升学生的语言表达能力。)
在学生汇报展示之后让学生欣赏老师的创意,Let’s enjoy.
活动5【作业】Step 5 Homework
1.Listen and read the words.
?2. Use“ There is … ”to talk about your favorite place to your parents.
3. Search the feature of the words on Page 42.
