Warming-up and revision
(1)Greeting to students.
(2)Divide the Ss into four groups to present the dialogue.
Step 1: Greeting and Introduction
Begin by greeting the class with a smile and good morning!
T: Good afternoon, students.
S: Good afternoon, teacher.
Step 2: Practice
S1: What wrong with you
S2: I have a stomachache.
S3: What’s wrong with her
S4: She has a headache.
3) T: You should do more exercise!
S: I know.

Step 3: Play a game.
Each two students in a group to practice the dialogues:

Teaching steps(教学步骤)
1. Vocabulary study:
Step 1: Play the recording and have them point out the words and phrases in Activity 1.
Step 2: Play the recording again and have them read after the tape.
Step 3: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in PPT.
Step 4: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in Activity6 and check their answer with their partner.
2. Dialogue study:
Step 1: Practice the dialogue with the whole class and have them make corresponding reacts.
Step 2: Have students to practise the previous dialogue with their partner.
Play a game:
Invite Ss to practise the dialogues:
S1: What wrong with me
S2: You have a stomachache.
S1: What should I do
S2: You should eat some medicine.
S3: What’s wrong with her
S4: She has a headache.

S: I have a fever.
T: You should drink more water and have a good sleep.

Step 3 Read the text and tell the main idea of the text in the students' own words.
Let the students speak in front of the class.
Encourage them not to be shy when they stand there.
Give the students chances to speak loudly in front of the class.
Step 4 Encourage the students to ask more questions about this part.
1. Divide the class into groups of three or four to finish the task.
2. Ask all of the students to take part in the discussion.
Step 5 Homework
1. Finish off the exercises in the textbook.
2. Go on the next reading in the student book.
