Step 1: Warm-up
1. 师生相互问候。
2. 教师播放Module9 Unit2活动4歌曲动画,学生跟唱。
Step 2:Presentation
1. 活动1:Look, listen and say.
(1) 教师通过询问学生将要去的中学引出本部分内容,如:You are going to middle school. What middle schools do you know? Which middle school are you going to?
(2) 教师播放本部分录音,学生听完后,回答问题:
Which middle school is Sam going to?
Which middle school is Daming going to?

2. 活动2:Listen and read.
(1) 教师在课件上呈现本部分新词:spoke, little, speech, classmate, leave, September, excited, geography, same, keep on, practice, sometime, each other, at the same time,并播放录音,学生跟读。21·cn·jy·com
(2) 教师播放课文录音,学生初步感知课文,回答问题:
When is Lingling going to go to middle school?
(3) 教师播放课文动画,学生回答问题:
Why is Lingling excited?
Why is Lingling sad?
(4) 教师播放课文动画,学生逐句仿读。(提醒学生注意模仿录音中语音语调)
Step 3: Practice
1. 活动3: Listen and say.
(1) 教师播放本部分录音,学生先听1遍,然后跟读。
(2) 教师在课件上呈现一所中学的图片,学生四人一组,相互发表临别感言。小组成员在表演即将进入中学时,要用兴奋的语气;表演即将和同学分离时,要用伤感的语气。21cnjy.com
2. 活动4: Practise.
(1) 教师在课件上出示本部分第一幅图片及例句,引导学生了解本部分内容的要求。

(3) 教师挑学生起来表演对话。
Step 4: Consolidation
请学生想象将来自己的中学会是什么样子的,将在中学做什么,并写出来。
Step 5: Summary
教师引导学生总结本课所学的词汇和句型,鼓励学生提出问题。教师点评学生的表现。
Step6: Homework
1. 观看课文动画,按照正确的语音、语调朗读课文。2. 预习Module10 Unit2。

Step 1: Warm-up

Step 2:Presentation

(1) 教师播放本部分动画,学生先观看一遍,然后跟唱。
(2) 小组比赛唱歌谣。
2. 活动2:Listen and read.
(1) 教师简单介绍本部分主要内容:Amy and Lingling are talking about which middle school they are going to and what subjects they are going to study.
(2) 教师播放课文录音,学生初步感知课文,回答问题:
Is Lingling going to middle school in September?
Which school is Lingling going to?
Which school is Amy going to?
(3) 教师再次播放课文录音,学生回答问题:
What is Lingling going to study?
What is Amy going to study?
Which middle school do you like? Why?
(4) 教师请学生根据文章内容,把答案写在活动3的横线上;同桌两人一组,一问一答进行对话。
(5) 教师播放课文动画,学生逐句仿读。(chemistry, physics为新词,教师需解释其意思并注意学生的发音;提醒学生注意模仿录音中语音语调)
Step 3: Practice
1. 活动5:Follow and say.
(1) 教师请三名学生和自己做此游戏,帮助学生理解本部分内容要求。
(2) 学生四人一组,进行游戏。
2. Pairwork
学生两人一组,运用本课主要句型谈论即将开始的中学生活。对话示例如下:
A: Which school are you going to?
B: I’m going to … What about you?
A: I’m going to …What are you going to study?
B: I’m going to study … And you?
A: I’m going to study …
B: How will you go to school?
A: I go to school …
Step 4: Consolidation
活动6:Write and talk.
1. 教师请学生同桌间先讨论本部分的问题。
2. 教师请学生根据问题写作文:My middle school。
文章示例如下:
