1. 通过Listen and enjoy的儿歌,让学生感受语言的韵律,导入旧物再利用的话题。
2. 通过Look and learn栏目的教学活动,复习学过的相关核心词汇。

Pre-task preparations
1. 播放课本第33页Listen and enjoy的儿歌 学生欣赏并跟读。
2. 结合学生的生活常识及儿歌内容和学生问答,导入本单元话题,解释reuse的含义。
T: What did Ami use to make the pen holder?
S1: Ann used some paper and a can.

While-task procedures
1. 出示Look and learn的图片及单词,学生看着图片大声朗读。同时可出示前面所学单词的图片,如 tape,scissors, glue, crayon, paints, brush等,让学生通过快速反应游戏巩固这些单词。www-2-1-cnjy-com
2. 播放Listen and say的录音,让学生听录音后回答问题。

3. 让学生阅读Listen and say的课文,完成下面的表格。

4. 学生两人一组,分角色朗读课文。可根据学生水平,让学生增加对白或改编对话。

1. 教师播放课文录音,空出对话中的关键词让学生填空。

Mrs Wang: No. We should keep them.
Alice: Why, Mum?
Mrs Wang: Because we can reuse them. Let me show you.

Pre-task preparations
1. 出示Listen and enjoy的图片,播放录音或多媒体,学生跟着录音大声朗读儿歌。

2. 根据儿歌内容与学生问答,鼓励学生说出更多的旧物利用的办法。
T: What can you do with paper cups?
S1: I can make toy phones.
T: What can you do with waste paper?
S2: I can make paper planes.

2. 学生独立完成书写任务,然后小组内交换检查,注意拼写、句子首字母大写等问题。再请个别学生大声读出自己写的内容,全班核对答案。
3. 学生以小组为单位,合作完成一幅宣传节约用纸的海报,可以综合6A Unit 11 Trees所学的内容。海报可分为两部分内容,第一部分为Why should we save paper?第二部分为How can we save paper?教师可帮助学生回忆前面所学内容。

句子的重读:一个英语句子中,有的单词重读,有的轻读,句子中重读的词和轻读的词共同构成了英语句子的节奏感。在一个句子中,往往是重要的单词重读。重读的单词一般是实义词,包括:2·1·c·n·j·y
1) 名词:car, children, paper, tree …
2) 动词:run, think, read, sing ...
3) 形容词:big, purple, hungry, young …
4) 副词:quickly, fast, happily, strongly …
5) 疑问代词:what, when, how, where...
不重读的单词一般是功能词,包括:
1) 介词:in, on, under, between …
2) 冠词:a, an, the …
3) 助动词:do, does, will, can ...
4) 人称代词:I, we, they, you …
一般来说实义词要重读,功能词不需要重读,但不是句子中的每一个实义词都要重读,也不是任何情况下所有功能词都不能重读。当一个词(实义词或功能词)是整个句子的核心时,就要重读。在日常会话中因为说话人要传递的意思不同,重读的词也会有所不同。如:21·cn·jy·com

上面的答句中I和my friend分别重读,为了强调的作用。
In an English sentence, we stress certain words (usually key words) and say the other words softly in order to emphasize what we l want to say. Putting stresses on different words in the same sentence will result in different meanings. For example:
I saw Susan yesterday. (Susan was the person I saw, not someone else.)
I saw Susan yesterday. (It was me who saw Susan.)
