Pre-task preparations
1. 出示挂图,然后给出一些谜语,请学生猜一猜说的是哪一种水果。然后请学生模仿朗读谜语,或创作有关水果的谜语。
2. 出示不同水果的图片,请学生回答问题,用替换横线内容的方式创编儿歌。
T: (show a picture of a banana) Do you eat bananas in autumn?
Ss: Yes!
T: What colour is a banana?
Ss: It’s yellow.
T: What is it like?
Ss: It’s long.
T: Is a banana sweet and soft?

然后学生和教师一起朗读新儿歌。教师可以根据学生的实际情况,自己朗读学生不会认读的部分。

1. 拿着水果图片,用儿歌中的内容引出单词grape和strawberry,然后请学生跟读并拼读单词。

3. 出示水果实物,教师拿起一片西瓜边闻边说:Oh! Watermelon! I like it. Let me smell it. It’s nice.板书smell,请学生说出它们的中文意思,并请学生跟读。给学生发出指令,帮助学生理解并记住smell的用法。

4. 在活动2中表格的右侧添加两列,并写上smell 和taste。

首先,请部分学生先闻一闻这些水果,然后再尝尝它们的味道,通过提问引导学生用正确的形容词回答,并把学生的回答填在表格内。
