Pre-task preparations
1. 播放一段孩子们欢度儿童节的录像,让学生体验儿童节欢乐的氛围,引出单元话题Children’s Day。21教育网
2. 设置一个有关儿童节的情境,可以用以下类似的话语引入:

Ss: It’s Children’s Day.

1. 依次出示Listen and say的四张图片,学生看图回答问题。
T: Today is the first of June. It’s Children’s Day. Look at Picture 1. Is it in the morning or in the afternoon?

T: What can you see in Picture 2?
S2: I can see some balloons.
T: Where are the children?
S3: They’re in the classroom.
T: Where are Alice and her parents in Picture 4?

2. 播放Listen and say的录音。学生看图听录音,并跟着录音跟读,然后根据课文回答问题。
(1) When is Children’s Day? (It’s in June.)
(2) What do the children do in the morning? (They have a class party at school. They sing and dance.)
(3) Is their classroom beautiful? (Yes, it’s beautiful.)
(4) What do Alice and her parents do in the afternoon? (They go to the park.)
3. 播放录音,学生模仿录音朗读对话。
4. 把学生分成六人一组,要求他们分角色表演对话。鼓励学生使用更多学过的句子改编对话。
