一调：即把句中的be（am / is /are )调到主语的前面。
二改：句中的主语若含有I (my /we )等第一人称代词时，需将它们改为you (your /you ）
三问号：句末的句号改为问号。Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.它们是一般疑问句简略的答语。
肯定答语：Yes,主语+ be.
否定答语：No,主语+ be + not.
2. 简略答语的主语要由问句的主语来决定。若问句中主语是that或this，答语的主语用it.
若主语是名词时，答语的主语应用相应的人称代词。如何将含be动词的肯定句变为否定句一般将含be动词am, is ,are 的肯定句转化为否定句时，直接在be动词am, is ,are 后加上“not”即可。其他部分不变。
e.g.1. This is a ruler .
变：This is not a ruler .
2. I am a student .
变：I am not a student.
3. Tim and I are good friends.
变：Tim and I are not good friends .
口诀 be 动词真伟大，
生出am is are .
表示否定很简单，
not加在be 后边。
若要变为疑问句，
be应移到主语前。
还有一点要注意，
