尊敬的各位领导、专家、老师们,大家上午好!
今天非常高兴能有这个机会与大家共同探讨英语教育教学方面的问题。去年11年,我有幸参加了由教育厅主办的“2017年中小学幼儿园教师教学技能大赛”,得到了一次全方位的实践锻炼与提升。本届的教学技能大赛采用了全新的赛制。它要求在两个半小时内,在没有任何教学资料辅助的情况下,脱网完成教案设计、说课课件以及上课课件的制作,紧接着进行说课和无生授课,这对教师的教学基本功、信息技术运用能力和临场应变能力都提出了较高的要求。对我而言,这无疑也是一个极大的挑战。
幸运的是,在备赛过程中,学校领导和备课组成员给予了我不遗余力的支持,为我提供了有效的指导与培训。在数次的课型研磨期中,备课团队老师就是这样不厌其烦的陪我不断修改教案和试教,甚至不惜牺牲周末宝贵的休息时间,及时指出我的不足并提供宝贵的修改建议,为教学方法的完善拓展了空间。对于以上各位老师辛勤付出的点点滴滴,我都一一铭记于心,请允许我在此衷心的说一句“谢谢”!
在此次教学技能大赛中,我抽到的内容是新外研社版英语八年级下册的一节读写课“Module 2 Unit 2 They have seen the pyramids.”这一模块以“经历”为主题,贴近学生的日常生活,因而更能引起他们的兴趣和共鸣。本课是本单元的第一课,根据学生当前的知识水平,我将本课的活动3与活动4作为主要的教学内容。基于对教材的理解和对学情的把握,我从语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等五个维度确立了本课的教学目标。根据教学目标,我将本课的重点放在了生词的学习、现在完成时“have/has done”的用法探究以及利用思维导图进行 “整体阅读”这三个方面。其中,现在完成时“have/has done”的用法是一个难点。本课最大的一个教学亮点是围绕“学生发展的核心素养”进行教学设计。下面就pre-reading、while-reading 和post-reading三个方面进行说明。
上课伊始,首先引入男女生之间的竞争机制以调动学生的学习积极性和课堂参与度。在pre-reading部分,通过播放歌曲视频作为热身迅速进入模块主题,引发学生学习兴趣。而后,使用思维导图将零散的单词围绕“旅行经历”这一主题组织成一个完整的体系,以方便学生记忆,从而达到扫清单词障碍的目的。紧接着,通过一个“guessing game”测试学生对于生词的把握程度。在这一部分,学生“学会学习、乐学善学”的核心素养是培养的一个关键所在。
在while-reading部分,首先让学生速读课文,把握课文的中心大意,并通过回答两个问题以检验学生提取关键信息的能力。而后,细读课文,深挖课文的具体细节,并根据课文的发展脉络画出思维导图。这一环节中,引导学生根据一定的逻辑顺序拓展思维导图也是本课的第二个教学亮点所在。最后,寻找课文中带有“has/have done”的句子,并引导学生通过观察总结现在完成时的用法,以进一步巩固所学。在这一部分,需要培养的是学生“发现问题和解决问题”的核心素养。
Post-reading主要重在输出。首先,让学生组成学习共同体,并根据所给的思维导图复述文章。这一步旨在培养学生“合作探究”的核心素养。紧接着,让学生写一篇关于旅行经历的报告并在小组内进行展示。这一步在重强化本课的语言点及关键句型,并旨在培养学生“促进国际理解”的这一核心素养。最后,展示竞争结果并及时激励,以促使学生获取更大进步。可以看到,在while-reading和post-reading部分,学生的主观能动性发挥着非常重要的作用。即学生自己拓展思维导图,自己通过总结发现语法规律,并自己下结论。因此,尽可能的开发学生的主观能动性也是本课的第三个教学亮点。
“他山之石,可以攻玉”。教师教学技能大赛不仅是比拼智慧和毅力的战场,更是教研与交流的平台。以此为契机,我得以向其他优秀的老师学习并借鉴先进的教学理念,从而不断充实自己的课堂。我将不断学习,加强反思,深入探寻教学的艺术性和有效性。谢谢大家!
