时刻的表达方法:
(1)如果是没有过半小时的一般说成是几点过几分
(2)过半个小时的可以出成几点差几分
(3)往往不管过不过半个小时可以直接表达
(4)整点一般就直接使用数字,后面加o’clock,也可以不加。
小练习:请你尽可能多地说出下列时刻的表达方法。

介词in的用法
(1)表示“在某地”,后面加城市或比城市大的地点,小地点用介词at。

An old woman is waiting for the bus at bus station. She doesn't take her watch with her, therefore she asked a boy when he came to her. “Hi, boy, do you know how long the train stays at this station ” The boy said, “Two to two to two two.” She thought the boy was joking, so she shoot to him, “Hey, boy, you cannot say like this next time, or your mother will beat you if you treat others like this.” The boy was confused, then left.
Another girl passed by there, and the lady asked the same question, “Hello, baby, do you know how long the train stays at this station ”“ Two to two to two two.” she got the same answer. She was so angry about that and said to the girl, “You are so impolite. I’m not a deaf, so you don't need to repeat it for three times. Right ”The girl ran away immediately after that.
Finally the old lady saw a man. She asked again, “Do you know how long the train stays at this station ”“Four minutes. The train will leave at two two, madam”“Thanks”.After that the lady realized that the boy and girl didn't play a joke on her. The two children are clever and friendly. She smiled and felt a little sorry.

另外一个小女孩来到这里。老婆婆问这个女孩同样的问题。“你好,你知道火车在这个站停多长时间吗?”小女孩同样说“1:58到2:02”她又生气起来,对女孩说:“你这孩子真不礼貌,我不是聋子,你不需要重复的告诉我3次。好吗 ”女孩很快就离开了。
最后老婆婆遇到个男人,又问了他一遍:“你知道火车在这个站停多长时间吗?”。男的说,两点了。 老婆婆说:“谢谢”于是,老婆婆意识到,前面两个不是在跟她开玩笑或者取笑他。这两个孩子很聪明也很善良。她笑了,同时也感到有点内疚。
