Step1.Warm-up(此环节用时5min)
1.Let's chant
I like tomatoes. I like potatoes.
Carrots l will try.
I love to eat green beans.
But onions make me cry.
2.活动:What's missing?
活动方式:进入“我的开心农场”,介绍说:This is my QQ Happy Farm.这是我的QQ开心农场,让我们来看看What's missing?淮偷了我的蔬菜?哪些蔬菜被偷了呢?借此复习单词carrot.tomato,potato和green beans.
3.T: It’s sunny today, Mike and Sarah go to a farm. Let’s have a look.
Step2. Presentation (呈现)(此环节用时10分钟)
(一)话题交流,导入新课
1.教师请学生将装有蔬菜卡片的盒子盖好放在桌子上,然后走到同学们中间,随意指着几个盒子问:Are these…?,并引导学生根据实际用Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.回答。如果学生回答的是No, they aren’t. 教师要继续问:What are these?并引导学生用They are …回答。(教师在操作时应多问几名学生,以增加语言的输入量。)教师适时板书句型框架。
2.教师将自己带来的蔬菜卡片分别放在几个盒子里,请几个学生过来边摸边问:Are these…?或What are these?教师做出相应的回答。
3.呈现句型What are these?- They’re… T: Do you like apples? S:….
T: What’s this? (屏幕呈现一个苹果图片。) S: It’s an apple.
T: What are these? (屏幕呈现多个苹果图片。引出句型,教读these,引导学生回答They’re….)
(教师呈现banana图片,操练句型)
4.呈现Try some!
T: Boys and girls, look at my hand. What’s this?(教室利用食物糖果引出句型Try some!) S: It’s a candy.
T: What are these?(引导学生回答They’re candies.) (教师通过动作和表情引出Try some!并教读。)
5.呈现carrots,tomatoes(呈现方式同1) 通过Let’s chant 操练两个新词.
6.Let’s talk
Read the text.
Look at these, they’re fruits. And look at these, they’re vegetables. They’re all at the farm.( 点题)
Our friend Mike and Sarah are at the farm , what do they see? Let’s go to the farm and have a look.

(二)整体感知文本,理解文本大意
1. 带着简单的问题视听,让学生从整体体会文本的大意。

Q 3. What are they talking about?他们在谈论什么?
(三)带着问题视听,获取对话细节信息,学习核心句型Are these…? What are these?
1. Are these carrots ?

(四)Pair work(学生根据图片,操练主句型)

4.活动:摸一摸,猜一猜,说一说
教师出示几种水果和蔬菜,然后请一个学生上台,全班同学以啦啦队的形式重复说道:What are these? What are these?该学生必须在啦啦队的喊叫声中,尽快用They're…来回答是哪种蔬菜或水果。当学生猜出水果或蔬菜时,教师赞叹道:Wow! They're so big! They're so yum. Wow! They're so nice.等,当这一游戏结束后,教师引导学生对QQ农场里的蔬菜进行描述,并抒发对大自然的热爱。然后教师将带来的水果如葡萄等作为奖品奖励在游戏中获胜的学生,边赠边说:Try some! They're good!井要求获胜者说:Thanks.尝一口后说:Yum.然后板书并跟读:They're so yum. Try some! They're good! Thanks. Yum.等

学生三人为一组,一个问:What are these? 另一个问:Are they?来回答。如果回答不正确,第三个就继续问:Are they____?直到猜出为止。

(一)歌曲、歌谣中情绪热身
.复习三下Unit3 B Let’s do.

2.口语交际,由讨论天气过渡到本单元口语话题。
E.g. What’s the weather like today? Is it warm?
T:What a lovely day! Let’s go to the farm.
T:I love vegetables very much.
Do you love vegetables?
What vegetables do you know?
引导学生说出自己所了解的有关蔬菜的单词,如果学生说出本课涉及单词,
教师随即拿出卡片,请这位同学来教大家读。
Step2. Presentation (呈现)(此环节用时10分钟)
出示幻灯片水果图片,询问Are they fruits? Yes, they are.出示蔬菜图片问:Are they fruits? No, they aren’t. They are vegetables. 出示Jone, Zhang peng 和Mike去农场的图片,教师问:Do you want to have a look? 引出farm农场。
(一) Let’s learn
1. Teach “carrot(s)-yummy”
1) T: Let’s play a guessing game: It’s a kind of vegetables. It’s orange. The rabbits like it very much. What’s it?
Ss can answer it both in Chinese and English. Then T will show the word card and the picture and drill it. T will lead activity and pick some S group to read.
T: Then let’s count the carrots in the picture. (e.g., One carrot, two carrots… many carrots.)  
教师出示word card “carrots” 并张贴,教师带读,抽查2小组读。
2) I like carrots. They are yummy.(出示单词卡,背面注上中文,抽读个别学生,教师带读新单词。)
趣味拍手操练chant:
I like carrots. I like carrots. Yummy, yummy, yummy.(师生示范chant,学生之间pair work。)
2. Teach “Green beans-long”
1) T: Show a picture of “green beans” and ask “what are these? Are they carrots?
Ss: No, they aren’t. They are green beans.(教师启发)
Ss show the word card and drill it.
趣味拍手操练:
3.Look at the green beans. They’re long. (Show two green beans and compare them.)
Show the word card “long” and let Ss read it.
3. Teach “tomato(es)-juicy”
1) Show a bag.
T: I have a bag. There is something in it. Who wants to come to the front and taste? Be brave!
2) Close your eyes. Open your mouth. What’s it?
当学生得出答案时,教师出示实物及单词,逐步引出one tomato,two tomatoes,从而引出tomato的复数形式。
3) Play the finger exercises. 请学生看老师的手指数量来判断应该使用tomato还是tomatoes。
4) Show tomatoes.
T: Look at the tomatoes. What color are they?
Ss: They are red.
T: Yes. They’re red and juicy.
教师用手掰开西红柿并展示词卡。
Then ask the boys and girls to repeat it.
趣味拍手操练:
I like tomatoes, I like tomatoes, juicy, juicy, juicy.
4. Teach “potato(es)-tasty”
1) Show a bag.
T: Look at the bag. Can you touch and guess “Which one is the potato?”
Ss touch it and try to find out the potato.
通过这个“摸一摸”游戏,引出新单词potato,然后出示单词卡,让学生认读。接着引导学生数一数共有多少个potato。
2) Play a short game “High and low”.
巩固操练potato的读音。
3) Show the true potatoes.
T: Look at the tomatoes. They’re red. Look at the potatoes. They’re brown.
编一个chant巩固知识:
Tomatoes, tomatoes, “t” is for tomatoes.
Potatoes, potatoes, “p” is for potatoes.
带领学生分小组一起吟唱。
4) T: When the potatoes become fries, they’re tasty.
趣味拍手操练:
I like potatoes, I like potatoes, tasty, tasty, tasty.
5) T shows two potatoes and compare them.
T: Look! This potato is big.
T shows the word card “big” and let Ss read it.
(二)教学A. Let's learn
1. 教师播放第一遍录音,让学坐边听录音边指向相应的图.
2. 教师播放第二遍录音,让学生边听录音边跟读。
3. 学生两人一组,进行对话。
Step3. Practice (趣味练习)(此环节用时10分钟)
1.赛一赛,看谁认读得又快又准。教师手持卡片,快速出示卡片要学生认读,哪个同学认读又快又准给该组奖励一个水果图片。
2.猜一猜游戏 只露出一点点图片,让学生猜What are these? 回答:They are ……..猜对得给组加分奖励,激起学习英语兴趣。
3.在学生都已熟练的情况下,教师进行更难的闯关“What’s missing?”观察哪个单词消失了,答对得给相应的奖励,打错的扣一奖励。
4.播放flash 动画学习回归课本内容,让学生跟着动画认读,并要求学生开口描述蔬菜的特征,描述自己喜欢吃的蔬菜。
Step4.Extension (巩固)(此环节用时10分钟)
教学A.Let's chant
(1)先用图片教学onions,然后引出chant中的句子:I like tomatoes. I like potatoes. I like carrots. I like onions.要求学生用不同的单词替换着说。
(2)教师作喜欢吃的样子说:Carrots l will try. Tomatoes l will try. Green beans I will try. I love to eat carrots. I love to eat tomatoes. I love to eat green beans.要习之学生用喜欢的表情模仿着说。
(3)教师拿着onions,揉揉眼睛说:But onions make me cry.
让学生观察歌谣中like后的蔬菜单词和Let’s learn中的单词有什么不同。启发学生说出like后的名词是以复数形式出现的。教师适当强调tomato和potato的复数形式拼写的变化,carrot的复数形式读音的变化。
2.活动:会说话的汤姆猫
活动方式:要求学生学汤姆猫用滑稽的声音完整地复述教师说的话,将Let’s chant的内容演绎出来.
3.活动:分享“开心农场”的瓜果
教师出示“开心农场”即将丰收的场景介绍说:Look at the potatoes. They’re so big! They're so good. .然后要求学生模仿着说。教师可给学生提供一些形容词,如:big/long/yum/good/nice/等。

1、通过图片引入本课时涉及到的单词
出示一份书写漂亮的作业,告诉学生This is xxx’s homework.呈现单词homework带读。然后幻灯片出现一幅世界地图遮住一半, 让学生猜:What’s this? 引导学生回答:It’s a world map. (如果学生不能说出来,可允许学生用中文说。)
world map并带读。
2.请学生说说这两个单词的相同发音之处,指出字母组合or发/ ?:/
3.呈现一首自编chant:
Horse, horse, horse

(1)让学生听chant 并去发现单词中的共同之处, 引出并教授单词:horse, fork

1.偷萝卜.
“QQ开心农场”的地里种着写有单词的萝卜(fork,homework.world,work,for,born),田埂边有2个箩筐,分别代表or字母组合的两种不同发音,要求学生趁主人不在偷萝卜,并按每个单词所含的不同音进行分类装进箩筐里。
2.拼读竞赛
教师提供一些新单词、词组或句子,让男生和女生PK,根据所学的拼读规律或从学过的单词迁移,读出这些词组或句子,看谁读得又快又正确。如:
a short horse
a fork for her
My work is to work for a horse.
Step4.Extension (巩固)(此环节用时10分钟)
1、完成Read listen and number.

We visited Old Macdonald ‘s farm yesterday. We knew he has many vegetables 、fruit and animals on the farm. Ok, let’s go to see how many kinds of animals on the Old Macdonald’s farm .
1.教师问:How many kinds of animals, can you hear? 学生反馈。
2.教师指着动画最后的画面问:How many dogs did Old Macdonald have? Let’s ask him.引导学生提问:How many dogs do you have, Old Macdonald? 课件中出现一大群狗的画面,教师教学a lot of ,引导学生说:You have a lot of dogs.
3.课件呈现一个指向Old Macdonald的对话框:I have a lot of cows, too. 教师问:Where are cows? Let’s go and see .课件画面中出现一远一近两个遮盖的部分,分别写着These are cows .和Those are cows . Old Macdonald的对话框显示文字:Guess, please! 教师引导学生拼读those并比较those与these的区别,判断并选择句子。教师点开课件中近处的遮盖部分,出现一群奶牛的图片,引导学生说:These are cows.
4.教师手指远处的动物问:What are those? Are they ducks/cats? Let’s see .课件快闪一幅鸭子、绵羊、奶牛、母鸡的图片进行操练。

1、教学hen和horse
播放母鸡的声音,通过动作表情提问:What are these?引导学生回答:They’re…. 展示hen单词,点击课件,听录音,学生跟读。师示范读音,学生再读。然后小组读,个人读,拼读,变调读,让生快速拼读。
教师示范描述horses: Look at the horses. They’re tall and strong. They have long tails. 然后学生选择这两种动物进行描述。
2、教学cow
教师描述一种动物:“They have long tail. They are black and white. We get milk from them. What are they?”课件呈现奶牛图片,引出新的单词cow, cows. 引导学生拼读单词。
(对cow 进行快速拼读,个人读,小组读)
3、教学sheep
