This was one of the most important events in modern American history. On this day, Dr Martin Luther King was killed in the city of Memphis in America. Robert Allen is now over 40. Our teacher asked us to stop what we were doing and listen. He told us the news: “Dr Martin Luther King died just 10 minutes ago!
