动物之间的互惠互利也非常有趣。鳄鱼和燕千鸟(也称为鳄鸟)之间的关系就是一例,燕千鸟不但在凶猛的鳄鱼身上寻找小虫吃,还能进入鳄鱼的口腔中啄食鱼、蚌、虾、蛙等的肉屑和寄生在口腔内的水蛭。此举既吃饱了燕千鸟的肚子又清洁了鳄鱼身体,一举两得,互相受益。动物之间的互惠互利可以说不胜枚举。
