Step One Warming up& Revision
Greetings and sing a song: Alphabet song.
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
T: Let’s sing a song together!
Ss: Good morning, teacher!
Ss clap hands and sing the song.
齐唱歌曲有助于活跃课堂气氛,激发学生学习兴趣。
Step Two Presentation
T show a picture of a duck.
T: Look! Who is he?
T: Yes. He’s little ugly duck.
教师出示单词图片duck,领读:/d/-/?/-/k/-/d?k/.
然后将词卡贴在黑板上。
T: Do you want to know his name? You can ask.
T shows his name: Sum.
T: Today let’s enjoy a story about Sum, OK?
展示绘本故事。
T: Sum is small and ugly. He lives in a poor hut. Friends all laugh at him. He is sad and shouts, “Don’t make fun of me any more!”
教师出示单词图片fun,领读:/f/-/?/-/n/-/f?n/ ,然后将词卡贴在黑板上。
T: Suddenly it rains. He cries and runs in the rain. He falls in the mud.
教师出示单词图片run,领读:/r/-/?/-/n/-/r?n/,然后将词卡贴在黑板上。
T: What will happen to him? Sum meets a clown. The clown is under a big umbrella. He is playing with balls.
教师出示单词图片under,领读:/?/-/n/-/d/-/?/- /?nd?/
T: He can jump up high. People around him are very happy. Sum thinks“He is ugly, too. Why people like him? How can I become popular like him? ” The clown walks to the duck, gives him a ball and a hug, says“Believe in yourself.” Sum smiles. At this time, the sun comes out, like smiling to him.
4. 引导学生观察黑板上duck, fun, run, under四个单词的共同点。
5. 和学生一起总结归纳出其包含的共同字母u和字母u的发音是短音/?/。
