他不确定他是否去我的生日晚会。
He is not sure if/whether he will go to my birthday party.

使用某物做某事
他不会用筷子吃饭。
He can't use chopsticks to eat.

keep sb. doing 让某人一直做某事
小男孩生病了，他的妈妈让他一直喝水。
The little boy was ill, his mother kept him drinking water.
(宾语他可以执行喝这个动作，所以用doing)
当我们感觉累的时候，我们可以保持眼睛闭着。
When we feel tired, we can keep our eyes closed.
