一．?教材分析?
本节课是七年级下册（Oxford?English）第六单元的第四课时，单元话题为electricity。学生在前面的阅读课中，已经充分了解了电的来源以及电的重要性。本节课探讨的是一个支线话题用电安全（electricity?safety?tips）。我把本节课定位为一次综合能力训练课。由于内容相关度高，且容量合适，我把listening?和More?Practice?两个部分进行了整合教学，重点放在More?Practice?部分（泛读材料），组织活动引导学生对安全用电话题进行听、说、读、写四种技能的训练。? ?
二．?学情分析?
本课内容贴近学生生活实际，学生对家用电器比较熟悉，对家庭用电安全知识也有基本地了解，本节课话题易于激发学生的兴趣。但由于有些电器英语单词比较难，势必为学生的表达带来障碍，而且，More?Practice?里面也出现了一些新单词，不利用学生理解课文。? 初一（4）班学生学习认真，行为规范较好，但尖子生不突出，属于中等生比较多的一个班级。学生性格比较内敛，不太敢于上课积极发言，需要开展有趣的活动进行激发。? ?

（1）能认读泛读文章中出现的词汇：
safety,?tips,?electrical,?appliance,?empty,?switch,?unplug,?microwave,?object。?
（2）能熟练使用情态动词must,?mustn’t?来表达自己的观点。?
2．语言技能：?
（1）能根据听力的内容，做出相应的推测和选择。?
（2）能根据泛读文章的标题和副标题，了解文章的主旨大意。?
（3）能熟练地口头及笔头表达出生活中不安全的用电现象。
