对于小学升入初中的七年级学生，他们对英语的基本知识有一个大概的了解，有较强的上进心，有学习英语的愿望和兴趣，部分同学英语基础薄弱,?音标掌握欠佳，学习主动性不够，需要老师引导，我班同学较胆小，较少开口，所以在教学中通过多种教学形式和学习活动，提高他们的学习热情，吸引他们的注意力，以达到学习目标。??设计思路与特色：? 英文诗歌的学习对于提高学生的听说读等语言技能起积极的作用，本课时的教学设计使用教材中的听力内容，听四首短诗为切入口，接着播放一段轻松的诗歌视频，再进入诗歌的教学，由于学生较少接触英文诗歌，所以在课堂中尽量设计更多的形式让学生了解和学习，微课讲解英文诗歌的特点，选用了课外的一首经典诗歌-----英国女诗人简.泰勒的The?Star（星星）作为主要教学内容，多种学习活动使学生更容易理解英文诗歌的含义，并设计了Show?Time环节，学习大声朗读诗歌，诗歌具有短小、富有节奏和韵律的特点，是较理想的口语教学资源，2?学习诗歌的韵律来加强学生的发音（音标），这样比单纯的语音教学要更加有趣生动，通过学习诗歌去领略诗歌的优美和诗人的情感，激发学生对英语文化的兴趣和热爱。
