2.Find and share volunteers’ stories 德育对学生成长极其重要。德育课程多种多样，如学科德育课程，活动德育课程、实践德育课程。但德育课程孤立散乱地存在，难以形成各学段纵向连接、各学科横向融通、课内外融合的实施体系。
在德育课程中，学科教学是不可忽视的一个环节。在学科教学中，德育普遍存在被“束之高阁”或僵硬植入教学中的问题，没有达到应有的效果。
本节英语课，结合主题志愿者活动，除了让学生掌握英语知识和技能外，巧妙地嵌入了德育内容，如播放弱势群体的视频、展现其真实的图片以唤醒学生的情感，创设让学生易于融入的志愿者情境，探究志愿者标志以了解志愿者的深刻内涵。这些教学环节无形中将德育渗透到了学生所要掌握的知识技能中。让学生在潜移默化中提升道德品质。 教学反思谢谢
