根据个人实际情况，在日常生活和学习中如何自觉参与体育锻炼教学过程一、自觉参与体育锻炼的基本要素：
（1）具有自觉参与体育锻炼的意识
（2）遵守课堂常规，自觉的上好体育与健康课
（3）有意识的根据个人的健康状况，制定出自己自觉参与体育锻炼的计划
（4）坚持体育锻炼，并与同学一起锻炼
（5）主动学习科学的锻炼方法
（6）积极参加校外、课外活动
（7）具有较强的责任感、积极与他人合作
自觉参与体育锻炼对高中学生健康成长的意义：生命在于运动，坚持体育运动。不仅可以增进健康，而且不可以预防疾病。对于学习压力日趁加重的高中生来说，适当的进行体育锻炼是有好处的。不不仅可以提高运动素质，而且还可以劳逸结合，使智力水平得到充分的发挥。体育锻炼对人身体的益处一、预防心血管病

五、降低糖尿病的危险率
