T: Good! You are right! It’s a picture of New York. It’s in the US. On the summer holiday, Daming went to the US, he had a lot of interesting things. Whom did he stay with? What did they talk about? OK, please look at your book Page 2 & 3, read the dialogue and underline the new words and new sentences. I will give you 5 minutes.
2. 单词和句型教学。
5 minutes later, let the students tell the class the new words and the new sentences. Use the cards to teach the new words, especially pay attention to:
(1) the usage of “thousand” and “million”
