Lesson 3
教学设计
一、教学目标
1.能用序数词表达日期,如“It's September the tenth.”
2.能听懂和认读出序数词eighth、ninth、tenth以及teacher、card,并能在实际情景中运用。
3.能在谈论某人生日和教师节时,体会关心朋友、敬爱教师的情感。
二、教学重难点
1.教学重点:
(1) 能用“It's September the tenth.”表达日期。
(2) 能认读词汇eighth、ninth、tenth以及teacher、card。
2.教学难点:
关注“Teachers' Day is coming.”和“Let's make cards for our teachers.”两句话中的teachers'和teachers的发音相同,但用法不同。21教育网
三、教具准备
教学挂图(组合图)、单词卡片、头饰(教材人物)、手工制作的教师节贺卡、与教材内容相同的月历或台历、给学生的奖品、录音机、教学课件等。2·1·c·n·j·y
四、教学步骤
(一) Listen and say
1.导入
(1) 教师拿出9月的月历,提问:“What's the date today?”如果学生不理解,教师指着月历中相应的日期,同时提问:“Is it September the first? September the third? September the fifth?…”教师引导学生回答当天的日期:“It is September the ….”www-2-1-cnjy-com
(2) 教师指着9月10日接着说:“Look, it is September the tenth. It's Teachers' Day. Today is September the …. Teachers' Day is coming. ”2-1-c-n-j-y
(3) 教师出示在一、二年级庆祝教师节的活动照片,介绍说:“Do you remember that day? We were singing and dancing. These were the cards for our teachers. These were flowers for the teachers. …”21*cnjy*com
(4) 教师请学生说一说自己在这个教师节都会为老师做些什么。学生可以用中文说,教师可以适时地与学生交流,例如,学生说到送花,教师可以说:“Oh, flowers!”学生说到买礼物时,教师呼应:“Oh, you buy a gift.”学生说到买卡片时,教师可以说:“You buy a card for your teacher. And you can make a card for your teacher this Teachers' Day.”教师拿出一个手工制作的教师节卡片继续说:“Like this. My pupil made this for me last Teachers' Day. 2.学习对话1
(1) 观察对话情景。
教师出示不含文字的主题图,请学生观察图中的环境,教师依次提问:“Who are they? Where are they?”学生呼应后,教师继续提问:“Look, they are so happy. Why? Can you guess?”
引导学生观察图中的日历,教师提问:“What's the date today?”学生回答:“It's September the eighth.”教师呼应说:“Yes, it's September the eighth. It's Monday.”【21教育名师】
引导学生观察图中桌子上的物品,教师提问:“What do they want to do?”请学生猜测。
(2) 初听理解对话。
播放对话录音,验证学生的推测。假设学生先关注到Teachers' Day,教师可以呼应:“Yes, that is Teachers' Day.”教师拿出teacher的词卡,学习单词teacher。教师提问:“When is Teachers' Day?”学生回答:“It's September the tenth.”教师拿出9月的月历指着9月8日继续提问:“Is it Teachers' Day?”学生呼应:“No, it's September the eighth.”教师可以呼应:“Yes, it's September the eighth. Teachers' Day is coming. What do Sara and Maomao want to do?”再次播放录音后,学生回应:“Make cards.”教师可以呼应:“So Maomao says ….”教师引导学生一起说:“Let's make cards for our teachers.”教师拿出card的词卡,学习单词card。21·cn·jy·com
如果学生先说到make cards,教师可以呼应:“Yes, they want to make cards. They want to make cards for … for whom?”引导学生回应。如果学生不能回应,再次播放录音后,学生回应:“For teachers.”教师呼应说:“Yes, they want to make cars for their teachers. So Maomao says ….”教师引导学生一起说:“Let's make cards for our teachers.”教师接着问:“Why do they make cards for their teachers?”学生猜测后,第三次播放录音,学生关注到Teachers' Day,教师可以呼应:“Yes, that is Teachers' Day. When is Teachers' Day?”学生回答:“It's September the tenth.”
(3) 听录音模仿跟读。
再次播放对话录音,教师同时用手指向图中说话的人物,请学生边听录音边看图做动作小声模仿。
教师反复播放对话录音,进行跟读练习,学生重点模仿录音中的语音、语调以及重音的变化。模仿中引导学生关注the和tenth中的字母组合th要吐舌。教师奖励给模仿得好的学生一个贴纸。【21·世纪·教育·网】
3.学习对话2
(1) 认识图中人物。
出示无文字的主题图,同时隐去Maomao的妈妈。教师引导学生观察图片,比较对话2与对话1的主题图有什么不同。当学生关注到时间上的变化,教师可以提问:“What time is it?”学生可能回答:“It's twelve o'clock.”www.21-cn-jy.com
教师指着Maomao的妈妈提问说:“Who's she? Is she Sara's mother?”学生可能回答:“No.”教师追问:“Why?”提示学生观察Maomao妈妈的外貌,学生如果不能回答,教师补充说:“Look at her hair and her face. She isn't American. She is Chinese. Maybe she is Maomao's mother.”此时教师可以补充Chinese的含义除了表示“语文课”外,还可以表示“中国人”。
教师继续提问:“Is she coming for helping Maomao and Sara?”【21教育】
(2) 初听理解对话。
播放录音,验证之前的猜测。教师引导学生模仿重复Maomao妈妈的话语,并请学生通过语气和动作模仿Maomao的妈妈。21世纪教育网
再次播放录音。请学生重点听Sara和Maomao的回答。体会录音中“我们这就来啦!”的语气、语调和重音。模仿中引导学生关注we中的字母w要把嘴收圆。教师奖励给模仿得好的学生一个贴纸。21*教*育*名*师
(3) 听录音模仿跟读。
再次播放对话录音,教师同时用手指向图中说话的人物,请学生边听录音边看图做动作小声模仿。
教师反复播放对话录音,进行跟读练习,学生重点模仿录音中的语音、语调以及重音的变化。
4.角色扮演
(1) 请学生分角色跟读对话,男生扮演Maomao,女生扮演Sara和Maomao的妈妈。
(2) 请两名学生和教师戴着相应的头饰扮演Maomao、Maomao的妈妈和Sara做示范表演。
(3) 开展两人一组对话,学生轮流扮演Maomao、Maomao的妈妈和Sara,练习对话。
(4) 全班一起反馈,依次出示对话图片或播放无声音的对话录像,开展“我是配音小演员”的活动。教师为配音优秀的学生发放贴纸。21cnjy.com
(二) Listen, look, and learn
(1) 呈现词汇。
教师出示教材中的台历或画有台历的图片,教师提问:“How many days are there in this month? Which day is special for us?”学生可能回答:“Tenth.”教师可以补充说:“Yes, September the tenth is our Teachers' Day.”同时教师将Teachers' Day和September the tenth的卡片,分别贴在黑板的两侧。21·世纪*教育网
教师指着台历中的9月8日的位置,教师提问:“What's the date?”学生可能说:“September the eighth.”或“Kevin's birthday.”教师可以呼应:“Yes, it's September the eighth. It's Kevin's birthday.”同时教师将Kevin's birthday和September the eighth的卡片,分别贴在黑板的两侧。
教师指着台历中的9月9日的位置,教师提问:“What's the date?”学生可能说:“September the ninth.”或“Susan's birthday.”教师可以呼应:“Yes, it's September the ninth. It's Susan's birthday.”同时教师将Susan's birthday和September the ninth的短语卡片,分别贴在黑板的两侧。
(2) 学生跟读教学课件中的词汇部分,巩固单词发音。
(三) Listen and match
(1) 教师呈现图片,询问学生:“Do you know these boys and girls?”请学生两人一组根据图下的名字拼一拼、说一说。再请学生看一看台历中的日子,请学生两人一组说一说。
(2) 教师播放录音,学生根据录音画线匹配。然后两人一组检测答案,全班学生再次核对答案。
(3) 学生跟着录音朗读,同时用手指向图片中相应的内容。
(4) 教师请学生两人一组说一说日历中的其他日期。
