教学目标
语言知识目标:
1.学生能够学习并掌握clothes, sweater,shorts等新词汇和短语;
2.学生能够学习“How much is this/are thes…?”和“It is/They are ...”的句型,并熟练掌握并运用。
语言技能目标
1.听:能根据语调和重音,理解说话者的意图;从常见的衣物入手,进行有关衣物和商品价格的听说训练,主要训练学生对物品价格的听辨能力;能借助语境克服生词障碍,理解大意.
2.说:能就衣物价格进行问答,能够谈论衣物的颜色和大小,能为他人提供帮助或对别人的帮助礼貌地做出应答,能表达感谢或对别人的感谢礼貌地做出应答;能根据提供的信息,表达简单的观点和意见;能与他人沟通,合作完成任务。
3.读:能根据听力材料上下文推断、理解生词含义;能理解句子之间的逻辑关系,为Section B的阅读部分打下良好的语言基础。
4.写:进行简单的对话设计。
情感态度价值观目标
通过与教师、同伴探讨物品的价格,提供帮助与感谢他人,建立合理的消费观。
学习策略目标
在学习中积极思考,主动探究,合作学习。在课上能够运用所学英语进行表达与他人交流。
文化意识
1.了解货币单位“人民币”和“美元”
2.知道英语中最简单的买卖商品行为,对一般的英语国家人际交往习俗能有所了解

教学方法与手段
1、Teaching method:
情境教学:通过PPT及视频的放映给学生创设情境,引起学生兴趣,引出本课所学。
直观教学:通过展示图片采用跟读及多次朗读的操练方式,帮助学生掌握新词汇和句型。
任务教学:在课堂进行过程中,教师布置对话练习任务留给学生自主探究解决,鼓励学生发散思维产生自己的英语对话,并用于交际。

教学环节与步骤
设计意图
Warming up:
Show a piece of video by PPT about the shopping in the mall.
Communicate with students by putting up with questions about my new sweater which I bought on the weekend.
播放视频吸引学生注意力,帮助学生快速调整情绪进入课堂;引导学生积极参与课堂。
Presentation:
(1)Show new words with pictures: clothes, sweater,shorts...
(2)Match the words with the things in the picture in 1a.
(3)Introduce RMB and “dollar” to students.
(4)Listen and circle the things you hear in the picture in 1a to finish 1b. Then practice the conversations in the picture.
(5)Do a pairwork to practice the conversations in 1c. Ss can choose the things they want buy to help them use the sentences they learnt just now.
(6)Show four pictures that snilar but different to teach ss the words “short, long, small and big” to help them prepare for task 2a.
通过图片更加直观地呈现单词,让学生快速掌握词义;Pairwork 帮助学生口语交际。
Practice:
Listen and repeat the words to review colors and learn the new words “short, long, small and big” to help ss to choose the different clothes in 2b and 2c.
Show Ss the listening metarial to help them find the difficult words and expressions.

Production:
Group work:Based on task 2c, Ss can ask and answer questions about the things in 2b to improve the ability to use the sentence structure and to correct students’ pronunciation
通过机械性练习,纠正学生发音和语调,听后呈现听力原文,由易到难,有利于加深学生对课文内容的理解。
鼓励学生在小组内创造新的对话,运用新语言进行表达和交流。
Consalidation:
Use the sentence pattern to make your own cinvessations.
1.通过小组合作学习,将知识转化为技能,提高语言运用能力。
2.通过学生自由选择话题,发挥学生的自主性和创造性。
Summary:
Clothes ,Modifiers(修饰词) and sentences.

在对话中保证学生新单词和新句型的学习和掌握,引发学生自主合作探究,培养学生良好的沟通与交际能力,同时以说促写,帮助学生全面学习英语。适当的课后作业帮助学生进行知识的加强与巩固。
学生自主选择学习策略,有助于培养学生自信心,提高学习兴趣。
设计环环紧扣,参考学生认知规律,从易到难,从感知到运用,充分发挥学生认知主动性。
在今后的教学中应多注意教态的练习,及适当增加板书重难点。

1、听懂含有socks, skirt ,dollar, short, long等词汇和How much ...?引导的特殊疑问句用以询问价格的听力材料。
