课后反思

经过此次的阅读教学活动后自己着实有许多的收获和感悟。
我深知这次展示课对我来说有着非同寻常的意义,心里是非常的重视,拿到课题之前就告诉自己一定要尽最大的努力设计好这堂课,也一定要上好这堂课。
拿到教材后思路还是有的,按照平时的备课习惯先在脑子里构思整理思路,然后在纸上梳理,看看怎样设计每个环节,根据自己的环节设计相应的活动,最后将自己的课堂用语一一写在纸上,避免课上的口误。在确定好重难点后,进行第一轮备课,第一次磨课后发现教学设计不够开放,没有深挖教材背后的思想。基于第一轮的磨课体验,我又重新调整思路,深挖教材背后作者的写作意图,经过第二轮磨课,第三轮磨课得以到达今天的教学效果。
上完本节课后,我觉得自己的教学设计比较闪光的点有两处,一是:课堂开始时的问卷调查,将同学们带入话题,给了学生选择的空间,我也得以聆听孩子内心的想法。二是:本节课的问题设计比较有梯度:有展示型问题的设计,有参阅型问题的设计也有评估性问题的设计。近期读的几本关于阅读教学的问题设计原则我尝试着应用的自己的阅读教学中,发展了学生的批判性思维。
在新课标要求下,课堂教学中“学生是主体,教师是主导”,在不断提倡把课堂还给学生的本节课上下来,学生有静有动,课堂氛围较为活跃,学生主动思考,积极参与讨论,对于课堂的主动权上,做的还是不错。怎样能把课堂的衔接语过渡的更加自然,课堂进度更加紧凑,是我要继续打磨的地方。
在本次备课的过程中,我收获了很多,在以后的课堂教学和设计中,要提高课堂设计的着眼点,与事实和学生生活实际相结合,精心准备课堂,细心打磨教学设计的每个环节。让学生乐与学,老师精与教。

教学目标:
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to:
Develop reading strategies such as reading for general idea and reading for detailed information;
Develop critical thinking and learn to be persuasive and eloquent by expressing different opinions and showing agreement and disagreement appropriately and politely in a discussion;
Be aware of the important of develop job skills.
重点和难点:
1)students will be aware of the challenges that will be faced in the future;
2)Students have a deep understanding of the importance of working skills;
3)Students can make a correct appraisal of their personal qualities and overcome their own shortcomings.
