一、教学目标(Teaching aims)
1. 播放有关数词的儿歌或与学生玩数字游戏,为本单元学习数词作铺垫。
2. 引导学生具体学习和操练Look and learn中的十个数值。
3. 通过情景对话和游戏等活动,帮助学生掌握数词的用法。

Pre-task preparations
1. 用多媒体播放Unit 8的Listen and enjoy栏目的动画,带领学生一起唱儿歌,为本单元的数词学习做好铺垫。
Ss: One apple, two apples.
Three apples, four.
Five apples, six apples.
Seven apples, more!
2.通过有关数字的游戏活动,让学生感知数 ,为下一环节正式学习数词热身。例如,出示多个苹果或多张苹果图片,玩“分苹果”游戏。请三个学生上来,和他们一起分苹果,一边分发,一边说: One for ...(name),one for me.分完苹果之后让三个学生数一数各自分到了几个苹果。问他们苹果这样分是否公平,请几个学牛来重新分苹果。
While-task procedures
1.在黑板上写出或用多媒体呈现1至10这十个阿拉伯数字和它们对应的英语单词,然后带领学生朗读和拼读单词。最后教师拿着数词卡片抽查学生认读数词。
2.让学生10人一组,用数词one-ten开展报数比赛。报数最快最准确的小组获胜。
3.用多媒体呈现不同场景,如:一位老人年纪大了,看不清公共汽车线路数字或电话号码等等,让学生帮助老人说出数字。教师先示范扮演多个角色,然后让学生两人一组上台模仿表演。

4. 在桌上放一些水果,请几个学生上来戴上眼罩,用手摸桌上的水果,然后说出自己摸到了什么。准确说出摸到的东西名称和数量的学生可以获得奖励。
S1: (touch the fruit on the table) Three apples
T: No.
S1: (touch again) Three pears.
T: Yes.
然后清几个学生上来做游戏。
S1: (touch the fruit on the table) Two bananas.
S2: No.
S1: (touch again) Three bananas.
S2: Yes.
Post-task activities
1.教师可以把画有不同数量的物品的图片分别贴在两个学生的背后,让他们想方设法看到对方的图中物品,同时不让对方看到自己图中的物品,谁先说出对方图片上物品的数量谁就获胜。【注意:游戏时请学生留心安全问题,不能互相用力推搡。】
2.教师可以编一段有关物品数量的文字念给学生听,然后让他们完成表格。如下所示:
This is a farm. I can see four boys and seven girls. I can see two ducks. Oh, look! What's that? It's a cat. I can see three dogs. I can see six birds too.
