学习目标:
通过本节课的学习,学生们能:
1.理解并运用以下词汇和短语:shake, milk shake, blender, turn on, peel, pour, yogurt, honey, watermelon, spoon, pot, add, finally, salt
2.听懂描述食物制作步骤的句型,并运用祈使句和同伴谈论某一食品的制作过程。
3.感知、理解表示顺序的副词First,…Next,…Then,…Finally,…在描述食品制作步骤中所起的作用并运用。
4.通过分类的方法,掌握并正确运用可数名词与不可数名词,并尝试运用How many/How much…句型分别对可数名词与不可数名词的数量进行提问。
5.通过亲手制作食品,提高动手能力,体验劳动的快乐。
教学重点:
1.用祈使句介绍食品制作过程;
2.用How many/How much…句型分别对可数名词与不可数名词的数量进行提问。
3.动词和动词短语的使用以及量词的表达。
教学难点:
1. 表示制作程序的动词和动词短语的表述,如turn on , peel, pour等;
2. 量词的准确表达,如a cup of, two spoons of等。
教法:
根据学生的心理特点和认知规律,通过对fruit和drink的头脑风暴、句型练习、听力训练及制作奶昔的示范,让学生为完成任务获得必需的知识能力,最后小组合作完成水果沙拉的制作并描述其过程,实现任务目标,感受成功。
教学手段:运用多媒体辅助教学,将本课所需录音、图片、动画、文字做成课件,使抽象的语言变得直观,为学生运用英语自行交流创设情境,实现师生互动、生生互动,从而取得良好的教学效果。
游戏辅助教学:通过快速说出所看到的图片对应的句子和小组PK来操练食品制作过程的句式,极大程度的调动了学生的学习积极性,从而熟练掌握了本课的知识点。
学法指导:
用生动的课件调动学生的感官进行听说训练。
设置真实情景,通过亲手制作食品,让学生主动学、乐于学。
教学过程:
Step1: Warming up
Show students some photos about fruit and drink.
1. Enjoy some pictures.
2. What’s your favorite fruit or drink?
(通过学生对图片的观察,快速吸引学生的注意,为课本奶昔制作和水果沙拉的制作创造情境。)

4.Pairwork: Talk about the steps of making milk shake in groups of six students. The fastest group is the winner.
