Step 1 Greetings
Greet the students as usual.
Step 2 Lead-in
Play a video of a song named I want to Guilin.
(播放歌曲视频,激发学生参与的兴趣。同时设置问题,复习导入新课。)

Show some pictures of famous places of interest in China. Learn the new words :the Terracotta Army, the Bird’s Nest

Step4 Work on 1a
Show the pictures of the four interesting places in China and have Ss match each picture with the correct name.
