I. Teaching Objectives
1. Knowledge Objectives
(1) Structure: Ss can master the new words:pool, shop, supermarket, man, and phrases: in a pool, in the river, play basketball, at school,and key sentence pattern:Is the man swimming in a river?
Alice is shopping in the supermarket.
2. Ability Objectives:
1,掌握一定的听力技巧,能独立完成本节课的听力任务。2,能用现在进行时讲述身边正在发生的事情。
3. Moral Objectives: 让学生通过学习现在进行式培养学习的兴趣,增加学习的兴趣,以及表达的自信。
II. Teaching Importance(focus)
(1) 掌握本课时单词,短语和句型。(2)能独立完成本节课的听力任务,并能用现在进行时讲述发生在自己身边的小故事。
III. Teaching Difficulties
能独立完成本节课的听力任务,并能用现在进行时讲述发生在自己身边的小故事。
Ⅴ. Teaching Procedure:
Step 1:Warm-up
(1) Greet the whole class.
(2)Guess my actions in the class.
【设计意图】教师在利用动作模仿调动学生的兴趣,这些动作都是关于现在正在发生的动作,同学们也一定喜欢,只有喜欢,才会化烦为乐。让他们在乐中学,学中乐。
Step 2:Let’s review
Make up the sentences
Show pictures, then ask Ss ” what is she doing? “ “ She is......”
【设计意图】通过看图画的方式让学生编对话,既复习了上节课所学的有关现在进行时的表达方式,又调动了学生们的积极性,活跃了课堂气氛。
Step3: Presentation

【设计意图】以学生正在做的事情为线索,一方面增加学生对现在进行时的理解;另一方面提高对现在进行时的应用。

【设计意图】编对话,培养学生的合作意识,充分调动了学生学习英语的积极性。

设计意图】此活动的设计是让学生用目标语言去扩展。让学生在真实场景中掌握

Step 8:Summary
Using a song to conclude what we have learned.
