【教学重难点】
能熟练运用be supposed to 和 be expected to 的句式.表达美国,日本,韩国,墨西哥,巴西等不同国家初次见面的文化礼仪。

play the music photos of different flags of different countries.and ask students :
Guess the greeting ways in these countries according to pictures of the flag.
1.通过播放旗帜的音乐相册再次熟悉本节课出现的外国的国家词汇
2.通过师生的问答引导学生预测不同国家打招呼的方式。
Use pictures to learn sentences :
---What are you supposed to do when you meet someone in China/Japan/… for the first time ?
---I’m supposed to shake hands/ bow/….
---You are expected to ……
Show the pictures of different countries and the model of sentences , then ask some student to copy .
Understand and master the sentences .
Try to copy sentences according to the model in each group .
学生根据图片猜测并学习英语词汇“握手,亲吻, 鞠躬。。。(shake hands,kiss, bow..).同时,学习每张图片下面都出现的be supposed /expected to do 句式。
进行小组评价第一次:提问每组的(C层次)等级的学生仿说本节课的重点句式,以便检查学生重点句式的掌握情况。

进行小组评价第二次:学生根据1b的听力内容,结合不同国家的旗帜,小组(BC层次)学生两人一组进行对话练习,两人交换问答,充分练习短语:be supposed to do / be expected to do .
Show the mind –map , ask students to act the dialogue and ask other groups to guess the country .
Choose any country to act the dialogue in groups ,and other students to guess “which county is according to the custom ?
进行小组评价第三次:灵活的情景表演既巩固了语言知识be supposed to be expected to 句式和见面词汇 kiss, greet, bow , shake hands又考验了学生的英语语言思维能力和肢体表现力!同时,提高了小组内同学的凝聚力及小组间的竞争性。

In America, just as in Europe, men usually open doors for women, and women always walk ahead of men into a room or a restaurant, unless(除非) the men have to be ahead of the ladies to choose the table, to open the door of a car or do some other things like the above.
