【内容简析】
本设计为人教版Go for it!教材七年级下册Unit3的内容，本单元话题为Transportation,学习各种常见交通工具的名称以及如何表达自己的交通方式。通过本课的学习，让学生掌握最基本的询问交通的交际用语，了解同学和家人How to get to places.
【教学目标】
1.能够正确表达乘坐交通工具去某地
2.掌握目标语言
词汇:train, bus, subway, ride, bike, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety,hundred, minute, far, kilometer
短语: get to ，take the subway/bus/train, ride a bike,
句型:1). -How do/does ...get to school?

语法:能熟练运用how ,how long ,how far引导的特殊疑问句询问出行方式,所花费时间和两地之间的距离。
3.情感目标：培养学生对日常生活的热爱，学会热爱生活和学习。并呼吁学生遵守交通规则。
【教学重点】
交通工具的使用：ride a/the bike, take the subway, take the rain, walk等以及对使用交通工具的提问：How do you get to...?以及第三人称的转换。
【教学难点】
使用正确的动词搭配,分清by+交通工作和动词加交通工具的区别。

I:I have a bike.I often ride my bike to work.But my home is far from our school.So I sometimes take the bus to work .How do you get to school? Now,we’ll talk about how to get to school.First,let’s have a guessing game.Please say out the transportation when you hear in my description.
(1)Guessing game 教师出示5张图片，让学生说出交通方式。 walk ,ride a bike ,take the bus,take the train,take the subway(板书)
(2)听声判断是哪种交通工具。
T:Listen carefully and say out the transportation .Are you ready? Let’s begin.
(3)观看视频How do you get to school? 通过视频展示目标句子及回答。
T:Now let’s watch the video about how to get to school.

(1) Complete 1a. Check it.
(2) Chain game: 每一列开头同学问后面一位同学How do you get to school?用I take/ride/walk.....回答完毕继续问下一位，直至一列的最后一位。
