中国青年志愿者December, 5th is International Volunteer Day3月5日,中国青年志愿者服务日 There are 80,000,000 volunteers in China. Xu Benyu, a man from Shandong, gave up his study
chance in 2003 to teach as a volunteer in the remote
areas in Guizhou, which moved many people. 如果眼泪是一种财富, 徐本禹就是一个富有的人, 从繁华
的城市, 他走进大山深处, 用一个刚刚毕业大学生稚嫩的肩膀，
扛住了倾颓的教室, 扛住了贫穷和孤独, 扛起了本来不属于他
的责任。也许一个人力量还不能让孩子眼睛铺满阳光, 爱，
被期待着。徐本禹点亮了火把, 刺痛了我们的眼睛。我愿做一滴水 我知道我很微小 当爱的阳光反射到我身上
的时候
我会毫不保留地反射给别人????
-----摘自徐本禹的日记 Sun Lianfang, (孙莲芳) a girl from Ningbo, gave up
her well-paid job in 2000 to teach English as a volunteer
in the remote areas in Guizhou.
Though her family disagree with it, she insists on her
teaching up to now. “如果我走了, 这些受救助的贫困孩子, 以及更多的救助
渠道将中断, 这些可怜的孩子将重新失学, 失去关心和照顾。
于是, 我只有一次又一次地选择留下, 一次又一次让父母
失望和伤心, 让内疚永远地埋藏在我心底。” 志愿者陈春晓: 把未来的日子都
留在大山深处, 只为我自己选择
做一个志愿者。丁大卫，支教落后中国地区中小学教育14年,被誉为美国“雷锋”。 多年来, 大卫自己虽然生活简朴,却在他的努力下, 为甘肃省
东乡县建了11所学校, 使得几百名失学儿童重返课堂。在他
的行李里总携带着一面五星红旗, 这一幕感动了无数中国人。居民群众的“贴心人”谭竹青: 她48年
如一日, 始终牢记全心全意为社区
居民服务的宗旨, 在平凡的工作岗位
上做出了不平凡的业绩。丛飞: 从看到失学儿童
的第一眼到被死神眷顾
之前, 他把所有的时间
都给了那些需要帮助
的孩子, 没有丝毫保留,
甚至不惜向生命借贷。 金晶: 她以柔弱之躯挡住残暴，
她用美丽的微笑传递力量。
