Step one: Warm-up and review
1、Listen to the sound, and you guess the name of each animal
2、make dialogue: What animal do you like?/Why do you like…? /Where are…from?/Do you like elephants?

Students draw a picture of elephants .And one come to the blackboard to draw it.

课后反思
因为自己还是一名新教师,所以对初一孩子的特点还有新教材不是特别熟悉，上课的时候感触，对学情预计过高，设计过难。本以为课程设计已经具备了一定的趣味性，可是实际实施过程中还是有一定的难度。再就是对于整体阅读贯彻不够到位，由于时间分配问题，最后的输出环节用时少,没有给学生流出充足的展示时间。
在本节课中令我满意的是：学生都进入到了话题和情境中，能较好地跟随课堂思路；学生朗读文章较好；小组合作积极性高，在组长的指导下，每个学生都能完成自己的那部分任务，特别是各个组长，指导组员，表现十分优秀。
做的不足的：基础差的同学不能快速理解文章的所有内容，在给文章划分结构和找信息环节，有部分同学没有跟上，同样这部分同学回答问题不是特别积极。改进办法是以后多做这方面的训练，让他们的能力逐步提高。板书没有创新,缺乏新颖性。
总之，我认为不是随随便便就能上好一堂课，所以，老师要认真的做大量的课前准备，这样才能充分的利用好课堂45分钟，提高课堂效率，提高学生的学习效率。还有课堂教学有一定的不可预设性，随时会出现教师意想不到的教学环节，所以一个教师的综合能力在教学中显得非常重要，尤其是应变能力。教师要提高自己的业务水平，学习是关键，要有一颗追求上进的心，保持知识和能力的与时俱进，不断的在行动和挫折中历练自己。希望通过这次上课磨课让自己的教学水平得到提高，做更好英语教师！感谢各位老师批评指正，谢谢！
