3. 情感目标: 关爱动物,保护动物, 爱惜生命。
【教学设计说明】让一个同学读目标,全体同学注视,对本节课的要学什么做到心中有数,有目的的去学,不茫然。

三、教学过程Teaching Procedures
1. Leading in
Enjoy the pictures ,and lead into the topic.
【教学设计说明】通过观看动物的图片,引起学生们对被残害动物的认识,以及他们对现在濒临灭绝动物的了解,进一步激发他们关爱动物的责任心,为进入学习2a了解泰国的大象做好铺垫。
2. Pre-reading
Teach the important new words with the help of the pictures.
【教学设计说明】扫清学习课文的障碍,通读单词,短语,增加学习信心,通过抢答读单词,消除学生的紧张感,我大胆尝试一起让四号同学抢读,增加他们的信心。

Tip 1 , Skimming (粗读)
【教学设计说明】阅读文章应先略读(粗读)再细读。因此这个问题的设置要求学生略读找出文章的主要意思。要求不读出声,用眼睛扫读。
(2) Fast—reading Scan each paragraph and match the sentence .
Tip 2 Scanning Pay attention to the first or last sentence in each paragraph
(快速跳读阅读,特别注意每一段的首尾句)
【教学设计说明】阅读文章应先略读再细读。因此第二个问题的设置要求学生跳读找出每一段的主题句。三个问题能够帮助学生对文章有个大体的整体理解。这样能够帮助学生下一步更好的理解文章,读懂细节。
Careful---reading
1) Read paragraph 1 and fill in the blanks. 读课文第一段并填空
2) Read para.2, then tell “T” or “F” 读课文第二段,判断正误
3) Read para.3 and answer the questions
