学法指导与教法选择:
新课程理念的核心目标是关注学生发展,培养学生创新精神和实践精神,培养良好品德,强调学生发展的自动性和主动性,着重强调学生的阅读和交际能力。因此本节课重点引导学生掌握正确的阅读技巧,鼓励学生大胆的交流,培养学生不怕困难的精神,促进每个学生的身心健康发展。本节课我结合学生已有的知识经验,采用了情景教学、任务教学和探究式教学为主,辅助于听说法、读写法、认知法、交际法、思维导图直观引导法,自主学习与合作探究法,突出重点,突破难点,使学生知识学习与技能培养相 结合。
师生课前准备:
学生课前准备:提前调查Qomolangma及爬山运动员的相关资料。
教师课前资源准备:图片,黑板贴,PPT,奖励及评价的物品,小组写作报告卡片。
教学设计过程:
为了达到本课教学目标,充分体现在做中学,学中用,实现新课改下英语高效课堂的理念。我把这节课分成了解珠峰,探究精神,实现自己的梦想三大部分,步步推进。在阅读环节中,我采取了总—分—总的结构,运用阅读策略引导学生掌握阅读重点,化解难点,让学生逐步形成自己科学的阅读思维,提高语言运用能力和阅读理解能力。本节课亮点在于用令人震撼的夏伯渝的视频将整节课推向高潮,,激发学生努力实现自己的梦想。在小组合作环节,在活动中设定记者和采访者,充分调动学生的积极性,鼓励学生大胆发言交流,学生们表演声情并茂,把英语表达融入到生活中,提高了英语口语在生活中的应用,表演也贯彻了本节课所学精神,学生积极表达自己的梦想并决心努力实现自己的梦想。
以下是我的教学设计思路:
Step1:调动学生积极性。
T:Boys and girls, I hope you can be active. If you answer one question, you’ll get a card called “studying modle”, If you get the most cards, you will be the winner. You can get an award called“the best student”.If your group is get the most cards,your group will get an award called “the best group” Do you want to get them?
(灵活运用奖评机制,不失时机地让学生获得成功体验)
(设计意图:科学的评价体系是实现课程目标的重要保障,能够使学生在英语学习过程中不断体验进步与成功,建立自信,激励学生学习兴趣和促进自主学习能力的发展。)
Step2:Let’s enjoy some pictures. (课堂开始以一组壮观优美的珠峰山脉开场,在视觉上给予学生很大的冲击力及震撼力)
T:The mountain is so beautiful,yes? Do you know which mountain it is?
Step3: Show the learning aims. (出示三维学习目标)
1.Learn about Qomolangma.
2.Learn how to use numbers ,comparatives and superlatives.
3.Learn the reading skill “scanning”(跳读).
Emotion aim:
Everyone should love nature and have the spirit to overcome the difficulties.

Step4: Lead in
Boys and girls, do you like climbing mountains? Which mountain have you climbed?
Do you want to know about me? Look at the sceen.
My dream.(数字故事)
T: I like traveling. I like climbing mountains.

(老师又用自己的亲身经历以数字故事形式导入,激发了同学们的学习兴趣,烘托氛围,紧扣主题,让同学们迅速提起精神并很快进入了学习氛围.在数字故事中,也串进了本节课的重点知识)
(播放PPT完毕,教师紧接着追问)
T:Do you think if I can achieve my dreams? I’ll try my best.Do you want to climb Qomolangma? Ss: Yes!
T:Now this class let’s learn more about Qomolangma.
Step5: 开始处理文本(阅读环节)。
总:Read the while article, scan and find out the main ideas. Match them please.
(教师巡视,学生做题完毕)
T: Everybody, have you got the answers?
Ss: Yes!
T: Who can try? You, please!
(学生回答完毕)
T: Well down! Sit down, please!(及时地鼓励性评价,给予学生肯定,提高学生自信心。)
(设计意图:这一步是为掌握文章大意而进行的略读策略,让学生用scanning阅读技巧从整体上获得文章大意,目的是培养学生快速阅读的能力。此环节任务难度不大,以连线题的形式体现,要求学生独立自主完成。)

(设计意图:这一步为掌握文章大意而进行的精读策略,让学生用careful reading技巧从整体上获得文章大意.此环节任务难度较大,问题以各种的形式体现,学生独立完成的基础上与同桌讨论完成。在第二个任务中,让学生上台用白板的形式展示,充分利用多媒体。)
连接语:So many dangers. We know it’s dangerous to climb the Qomolangma: hard snow 、heavy storms and freezing weather conditions, but some great people have reached the top of Qomolangma. They got great achievements.

Climbing is so dangerous,but why do so many people risk their lives?
(设计意图:这一步对第二段进行了拓展延伸,让学生们直观的认识到伟大的英雄们。他们去的成就举世瞩目。有用一张因登珠峰失去生命的图片,既映衬出他们的伟大,又映衬出珠峰的危险。从而引出下一段,为什么登珠峰这么危险,很多人还要冒生命危险。)

(设计意图:由于本段落虽然句子较长,但就两个内容,设置的任务比较简单清晰,所以由学生很快就能独立自主完成。)
