Unit 1 My Future
单位/设计人:
一、学情分析
本单元授课对象是五年级的学生。从英语知识能力方面说,五年级的学生经过四年扎实的英语学习,在基本语言知识与技能方面已经实现一定的学习目标;听、说、读、写四方面能力已经足以与教学设计各环节完美契合,并在课堂教学实施时较好地展现自己已有的习得。从儿童心理发展方面说,五年级的学生能够在基于对学科的兴趣上,较好地控制自己的情绪,克制自己的行为,将兴趣、情绪、行为和思维统一于一体,以较高地效率完成知识习得的过程;基于此,我们在设计教学时利用的是儿童最感兴趣的情景互动式教学法,让学生在三节课的学习中都沉浸在愉悦而轻松的学习氛围中,以最生动自然的表达方式输出语言。
二、教材分析
本单元来自上海教育出版社出版的小学五年级英语教材Unit 1 My Future,Module 1,Listen and say 呈现了学生表述自己的职业理想的场景,核心句型是 What do you want to be? I want to be … Look and learn 通过图片呈现cook、pilot、taxi driver三个跟职业有关的核心词汇,Read and say 呈现了故事《小青蛙的工作》,进一步加强核心句型和词汇在真实语境中的运用,Ask and answer 呈现职业图片及文字提示,让学生通过问答操练核心句型及词汇,并了解彼此的职业理想,Think and write 是巩固核心词汇的操练栏目,Play a game 体现了Kitty 和同学玩纸牌游戏的场景。学生通过游戏操练 Do you want to be a …? 及其答句,Learn the sounds 包含字母组合sk 的两个单词,并配有一首儿歌。通过儿歌跟读和诵读,旨在让学生发现相同字母组合在单词中的发音规律。

1、语言知识目标
(1)能听、说、读、写有关询问职业理想的对话,了解彼此将来想从事的职业及相关理由。
(2)能用核心句型介绍自己未来想从事的职业及理由,并询问对方将来想从事的职业,能够听、说、读、写目标句型,用简短的语句写出自己将来想从事的职业及理由。
(3)能读懂故事《小青蛙的新工作》并能体会其中的道理。
(4)能正确读出字母组合 sk在单词中的发音,并能迁移到其他含有该字母组合的单词拼读中。
2、语言技能目标
(1)能询问对方将来想从事的职业,能表述自己想从事的职业并简单说明理由。
(2)能在真实情景中运用进行英语进行关于职业意向的表达。
(3)能结合情境,进行简单的交流或表演。
3、学习策略目标
(1)通过听音频、观看图片、视频、绘本等方式,感知并学习语音、短语、以及句型。
(2)通过新旧知识结合,提高学习效率。
(3)积极与同伴合作,共同完成学习任务。
(4)在不同情景下运用相似的语言知识进行巩固学习。
4、情感态度目标
(1)培养学生之间的合作精神和团队意识。
(2)培养学生运用英语进行交流与表达的学习态度。
(3)培养学生懂得发现、欣赏每一种职业都蕴含自身价值,都可以发光发热的热情。
(4)培养学生能够根据自身情况树立符合实际的职业理想,做一个对社会有用的人。

第一课时
教学内容:
Find a job (period 1)
教学目标:
能听、说以及书写本单元核心词汇:pilot, cook, taxi driver, doctor。
能运用重点句型:What do you want to be? I want to be a/an … 表达自己想要从事的工作。
教学重点:
1. 在情境中能听、会说词汇pilot, cook, taxi driver, doctor。
2. 能用在真实情境中熟练运用句型 “What do you want to be? I want to be a … I want to …” 进行表达。
教学难点:
通过文本再构,创设情景,联系实际,引导学生对pilot, cook, taxi drive, doctor和What do you want to be? I want to be a …这些词汇和句型进行形义的自我总结并能够灵活运用。

2、能够运用所学知识创编故事。
教学重点:
对新授的单词能说会用,在情境中熟练运用。
能运用重点句型:What do you want to be? I want to be a/an …来询问
对方想从事什么工作。
教学难点:
为了避免学生忘记在第三人称单数want后加s,创设情景,不断操练I want to…和He/She wants to…两种句型,让学生能够区分并总结记忆第一人称want后不加s和第三人称单数want后要加s结构的方法。

引出主角Froggy,学习phonics :job,并为故事的开展买下伏笔。
学生通过Froggy的简历,帮助Froggy找工作,培养学生分析能力和口语运用能力。
通过师生问答的方式,了解故事的情节,学习本课的主要文本,让学生的故事在跌宕起伏中产生兴趣,学会思考。
了解生活中各种动物的天敌,并能够运用be afraid of句型来说说害怕的事物。
教师和学生通过问答的方式了解故事情节,加深对文本的学习,最后以小组和两两配对的方式生动的朗诵表演文本,使学习更加有趣味性。
用挖空的方式,让学生完成Froggy和Miss bird的故事情节。
谈谈动物们擅长做什么,学习新句型be good at,进而联系自己的实际说说自己擅长做什么
最后Froggy救了小鸡,并成为了救生员,在故事中渗透德育,Froggy找工作经历了各种失败,虽然他很难过,但没有轻言放弃,还是勇于面对困难,继续努力,最后获得了成功。

S2:我发现,只要有I在句子开头,want后面就不能有s,但是只要有He或者She在句子开头,want后面就一定要有s。
S3: wants的s,就像san(三)里的s,第三人称,第三人称单数动词后面要加s。
